it's simply an old space lab that the Chinese lost control of some time ago. It's being pulled in by earths gravity, and is getting close to the time it will reenter. No conspiracy.

Well gravity is pulling everything, but yes, friction with small amounts of our atmosphere over time is what causes orbits to decay.
