Tiangong-1

The Chinese Tiangong-1 space station is crashing down to Earth on April 1st.
Colored in red are the potential areas to be hit.

The station is out of control (like most Chinese spacecraft) and its crash zone cannot yet be accurately predicted.

When the Soviet MIR station was decommissioned, a controlled burn brought it down in the pacific, and it still had a 3000km debris field. Tiangong-1 is larger, and there will not be a controlled burn. The debris field will be more than that.

This may be a "happening".

Watch out for falling toilet seats.

trips decide where it crashes
I hope it crashes on Beijing

I'm in the path - I hope it lands on my house while I'm asleep.

Damn, the orbital paths narrowed down have a crossing over my head.

how big will the impact be?
and how much warning time?

most of it will burn and break up but there still going to be some small debris that could hurt someone

gimme mexico city
