1.are so ill mentally or physically that they are unable or unwilling to seek help
2. actually have a home and just panhandle
3. are hobos who chose to live that way

a lot of them are just fucking idiots or assholes who burned all their bridges. sure, maybe a small percentage ended up there from a catastrophe, but most of them made a ton of awful decisions to end up in their situation. they could have stopped at the 4th or 5th awful decision but they kept going.

Since removing gibs is unrealistic because of the marxists: Make them do community work for gibs, make them clean up litter and paint over graffiti.

Your options are to send them out of the country or build them camps. Neither is politically palatable, so neither will happen. Instead, they'll bus them from one city to the next. Also this the idiots who keep giving them money are the problem. I volunteered at a homeless shelter/food pantry for years until I couldn't stand the same people asking me for money on the street, when I knew they had a place to sleep and food to eat.

Round them up and deport them to the Middle East, where they will be given weapons and legal immunity.

Take some shitty federal land in the middle of the desert. Build cheap tenements, make sure they're fed. Offer some basic classes in trade skills and if they get their shit together they can rejoin society.

i tried helping a homeless woman a few years ago. eventually realized that she had no desire to live in a house.

The difference is that we leave them there this time instead of bringing them back when they're wounded and half-crazy from the PTSD.
