The trend seems to indicate that the death rate will go higher and higher. Cops and hospitals don't seem to care at all. For them it's just work. I think most of the organ damage people get here stems from acetaminophen. You have to take opiates in pretty large dosages (and build tolerance) to do organ damage before CNS depression.
