We live in a pretty decent house in the countryside but my dad says you can buy a house like that for 1/5th of the price in Hungary and he’ll get to keep the rest/give it to me as part of my inheritance. What do Sup Forums, should I try to talk him about of it? What are the pros and cons? Probably the main reasons my dad wants to move are the Muslim problem and the money.

Hungary does have a small Dutch/Benelux community already.
They buy up small villages (the most famous one is Boldogasszonyfa), renovate them and move there and have a happy life with their pension. Supposedly, most of them are happy with their life over here. Gypsies are usually not a problem, since gentrification forces them out from the villages (recently a Dutch millionare even bought an entire small village from the locals. He bought houses for the gypos in the neighboring village, bought their slums and told them to fuck off.)

There are already a lot of (by our standards) Dutch people in Hungary, so if that is what he wants, I would suggest looking for a place in a village that already has a Dutch (or other western European) community.
But first, he should look around. Has he ever been in Hungary? He probably won't have a problem living a good life on his Dutch pension, but he should familiarize himself first with the place before moving.
Btw I don't think you should be worried, it's not like Hungary is at the other end of the world from the Netherlands. You can always visit each other, it's like a 1,5-2 hour flight.

Well, can't really give much advice on that part. However, about what you said in I still would suggest for him to move somewhere where there are some already Dutch expats. He obviously won't have to mix with them all the time if he doesn't want to, but for someone his age it would be better to have people around that he won't have problems communicating with if he needs help with something.
I'm not aware of any Swiss communities in particular, but there are some Germans/Austrians in the Western regions as well.

Public healthcare is terrible in general, however, it's worse/better in some regions than in others. I'm really not familiar with the state of hospitals in the Somogy region, but he shouldn't expect it to be on par with the Dutch system. Not at all. However, there are a large number of paid services and private healthcare segments where people can get an okay, or even good treatment. I would suspect that even paid services shouldn't be a problem on a Dutch pension, but this is another reason why he should have some people speaking his language nearby, to help him find those providers locally.

Slovenia is more green, since it's a hillier place.
Southern Hungary also has forests in the Mecsek region. Same for Northern Hungary and the Balaton region. These areas are hilly and more green. The tallest mountain in Hungary is only 1000-something meters tall, so the hilly areas aren't that bad they are pretty comfy with lots of hiking paths, forests and some ruined castles.
The Great Plain occupies most of the country, which is ideal for agriculture, so most of the forests there were destroyed centuries ago to make place for fields.
