The only thing I can think is that some foundation giving the scholarship says "she's got good enough marks to get into an Ivy League school, so if she gets into one, we'll pay for it". She didn't get in so she gets nothing.
Get a name change, skull cap, and convert to Judaism. Put volunteering at your local publicly funded holocaust museum on your application.

Universities offer accreditation. For STEM fields that actually matter you want that. You don't want a doctor who is self taught doing open heart surgery on you. You don't want an engineer who is self taught designing the elevator you ride 30 stories up. You don't want an architect who was self taught designing a skyscraper. You don't want an aerospace engineer who was self taught designing the aircraft you travel in. Etc. Etc.
If you want some bullshit humanities or liberal arts degree then yes college is a waste of money. You can read books on your own time without paying $100,000 for somebody to assign you to read them.

As outlined in your green text, we are smarter than niggers and for centuries this benefited us. We built nations and empires, created works of art, and complex societies. Once we imported, and later freed (i.e. unleashed), niggers into our society they understandably failed to compete with whites, despite being told that they're our equal. In every strata of society whites succeeded and niggers failed. This went on for decades until cultural marxists began hamfisting undeserving niggers into positions, that by merit, would have been earned by a white person.
