What happens if they repeal 2nd amendment

Hypothetically, say the bastards succeed, and they repeal the 2nd amendment. What would follow? Would people actually try to fight to keep their guns? Will we just hear about the odd man out who tried to keep them?

The gun control debate is over. Jews overexposed themselves and now they're going to pay the ultimate price.

Hypothetically, there would be blood in the streets.

People will just stash them in their homes. They wouldn't do confiscation.
Not with a bang, but with a whimper.

there's other issues in play. I know people who own millions of dollars in firearms. Business owners. They would have to repeal the 4th and 5th amendment as well. Instant civil war probably.

This. People would definitely be revolting and would fight back at attempts to take their weapons. I imagine a lot of gun owners would join groups like Three Percenters, Oath Keepers, and other similar groups.

I won't care because I'll have been dead for twenty years by then.

I'm not sure where you live but nearly every male between ny and California has serious wet dreams about that happening. The only bummer is, if they actually tried confiscation, they just don't have have the men.

Stuff starts glowing in the dark

Cops sure as hell won't take the guns, next up is the military and they wont either. If anything major cities will get cracked down on but anything else would be impossible.

Three percenters isn’t a group.

Well, you'd need an actual gun ban for confiscations to happen, and repealing the Second Amendment wouldn't do that by itself.

They have laws that say drugs are illegal yet they can be found on street corners everywhere.

they can't get enough support to repeal the 2nd amendment. the danger is going after something else, like making it so you can't own ammo or something.

It won't happen in the next ten years or so.

doing it right now would probably result in a bunch of rednecks going around and killing their fellow americans y'all qaida style. rest of the civilized world would consider these fuckers terrorists, and media personalities like alex jones and richard spencer would either get arrested or killed trying to rally up a revolution. either way, the gun people would be vilified by the end of it.

the entire bill of rights becomes vulnerable and then it gets replaced by the UN universal declaration of human rights.

un.org/en/universal-declaration-human-rights/

A US civil war that would burn down North America, and maybe more.

Unlikely Richard Spencer would get behind any violent movement. Beyond the optics issue the major criticisms many in the Spencer camp have with hitler is the dent WWII put in the white population.

I WISH A NIGGA WOULD

The government agents that allowed it by supporting any form of infringement will be made to pay the price for their failures.

We're way past that now. The Left overplayed their hand in 1994 with the Assault Weapons Ban. They'd spent decades eroding gun culture to the point that gun owners were seen as a fringe group, but the pulled early and shot their load before U.S. gun culture was completely finished. As a result, the democrats had to agree to compromises that allowed existing "Assault Weapons" to be grandfathered in and allowed modified "legal" versions of the guns they wanted banned made. The result was that it galvanized the gun culture and the militia movement , and resulted in the AR-15, the specific rifle the AWB was meant to eliminate, going from an expensive curiosity to the ost popular rifle in America. And it got the Democrats booted out of power in the legislature for 12 years. Gun ownership is at an all time high with 40% of the population owning at least one gun. So, if the Second Amendment is somehow repealed, it means some extra legal shenanigans have taken place, the Federal government has decided the Constitution no longer applies and we are done as a country. It would kick off a Civil War that would likely kick off a civilization ending World War as the largest economy and military went to war with itself. It would be the Fall of Rome condensed into a year or so.With nukes. Pic is obligatory at this point.

civil war and total global chaos.

As well as ALL leftists, their families, their children and babies, all of it.

Scenario 1: Civil War. How bloody, I don't know. Depends on what side military takes if any. Because Libs sure as shit can't do anything.

Scenario 2: Law abiding citizens turn in their weapons first. Only criminals and police are armed for several years as government struggles to confiscate the insane number of guns efficiently. At least for a few years, the murder rate may well go up in ways that wouldn't happen in other countries. Conservatives will say "See, we told you so" and a repeal (Maybe of handguns at least) may happen to curb the murder rate.

Ironically, banning guns may reduce the murder rate eventually. But for the US, it could take decades and no one will pass a law expecting results that slow.

But an entire political party does want to pass a law to disarm its only opposition. That is sure.

states would secede the union and invite gun loving americans to immigrate

Sure, why not, we're past common sense middle-ground-seeking nice-making, they've shown us where that leads now. Fuck 'em and anyone who doesn't bend a knee to the Second.

there is a reason texas is building its own gold depository

repeal the 14th. at least 1 parent must be a citizen or permanent resident

fpbp

texas has bad luck with depositories

It won’t be repealed. However, guns will be largely federalized. Meaning that there will be federal documentation off who has what gun and the gun itself will need to be purchased from the gov. They’ll probably be made with a ‘shut-off’ switch so that they can be disabled remotely if the need should arise

I will support americans who own firearms against the government.

None of that is gonna happen. israel is gonna be wiped off the map.

>What would follow?
newfags would have a harder time buying rifles that can go bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang (switch mag) bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang (switch mag) bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang (switch mag) bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang (switch mag) bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang (switch mag) bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang (switch mag) bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang (switch mag) bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang (switch mag) bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang (switch mag) bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang (switch mag) bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang (switch mag) bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang (switch mag) bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang (switch mag) bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang (switch mag) bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang (switch mag) bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang ....

You need 2/3's majority of both chambers of Congress... Neither party is getting that for an amendment.
Once you manage to get that, then you need 3/4 of the states (38 states) to ratify the amendment. That is unobtainium for a repeal of the second amendment for the foreseeable future.
In some alternate timeline if this did actually happen, people would ignore it (Bill of Rights merely affirms already existing rights, it does not confer rights). If they tried confiscations in large scale, civil war would break out and the government would be the de-facto loser of anything even close to civil war.

Cops take guns now, you stupid faggot.

>we're not going to repeal the second amendment
>we're simply going to neuter its intended purpose
Somehow I don't think a remote shut-off would fly in court. Also, are you going to retrofit the already existing 350 million firearms or what?

isn't it crazy that every mentally insane fuck has easy access to this capability right now?

I think it is crazy and this should be hard to get, to avoid all those random deaths

>They’ll probably be made with a ‘shut-off’ switch so that they can be disabled remotely if the need should arise
Which you can trivially remove. Any form of 'electronic' gun is a failure because adding more complexity to the weapons makes them undesirable because of increased failure rate, also much more expensive for a worse gun.

>isn't it crazy that every mentally insane fuck has easy access to this capability right now?
eh, most mental health problems are ultimately caused by jews and the things they bring to society (alcohol, drugs, pornography, etc.).

the crazy fuck probably has a legitimate bone to pick, and it's not like the world is running out of normies.

>350 deaths a year by rifles of any kind
I think that's less than people killed by hammers, user.

it's never legitimate if you just kill at random to achieve a high score and that's your end goal

and let's face it, there are other kinds of firearms that can be used if you have a legitimate bone to pick but they're not so good to shoot up a school

>successful repeal of 2a
civil war 2: electric boogaloo

thats REpositories

people killed by hammers would've been killed anyway

the reality is that people kill sometimes, it's an extreme manifestation of conflict resolution, but mass shooters are terrorists who just want to kill fucking everyone to maximize a score

those are unnecessary, somewhat preventable death

muh "weapons of war" narrative. whatever. America has been exporting death and destruction for the last 80 years. it's only right that we take a trip to flavortown ourselves.

>What would follow?
Lots of bloodshed. We own weapons to prevent government tyranny, and this would be the most tyrannical thing our government has ever done to us. I think armed citizens would protest at capitol buildings, and if agents of the state try to disarm them there then it will be the start of the 2nd American civil war. We will not go quietly into the night. I also have a hard time believe that all executive agents would support disarming citizens. There would likely be schisms in the police and armed forces. Unlike the first civil war, the sides won't be as clearly drawn as north versus south. This would be an incredibly messy civil war. The sides would likely look like the maps of voting districts - neighborhoods versus neighborhoods.

The right to bear arms is fundamental to our culture and is the cornerstone and defender of all of our other freedoms. If we lose our right to bear arms then we are open to losing every other freedom to our tyrannical government.
The marxists are trying to ban """salt rifles""" and everything else. Frankly this is the biggest danger at the moment, because it's more a likely scenario that outright repealing the 2nd amendment. You cuck our gun rights little by little, and then when they finally do go to repeal the 2nd amendment, all we'll have to fight back with are single shot rifles and air pistols. This is why we can't budge an inch on control laws - not one fucking inch. In fact we need more laws strengthening citizen's gun rights.

An awful lot of "boating accidents", user.

Even if the federal government passed such a repeal, a lot of states wouldn't even recognize it, much less enforce it. There are several states already passing laws of nullification of such laws if indeed they are passed. So gun grabbers BTFO, it aint gonna happen.

>muh "weapons of war" narrative
I didn't say that. I was very precise in my language, Cathy Newman >America has been exporting death and destruction for the last 80 years. it's only right that we take a trip to flavortown ourselves.
wow you're a mess dude, I hope you're some foreign troll type and not a real American

Sage you faggots

>Would people actually try to fight to keep their guns? Will we just hear about the odd man out who tried to keep them?
Other nations have been disarmed, because they were willing to be disarmed. We are not, and we need to support the NRA to keep that attitude alive. Once 2A is gone, it's gone forever, and 1A is not far behind.

Attached: fuckaroundandfindout.png (634x446, 25K)

Most cops I've known are pro 2nd. I used to work security and bought and traded guns with some of the retired cops I worked with. However there are some that are antigun. Those are the most insufferable fucks on the earth. They are the ones that like to pretend their badge makes them God's gift to the world.

LEO's would be shitting their pants as they would have to go door to door through the entire nation to take weapons from many people who would rather start a civil war than acquiesce

The end is what will happen.

they dun goofed
I thought jews were suppose to be smart or something

I was just talking to some cops yesterday about it and they literally said to me there is no way in hell they would even think of trying to confiscate guns from people. The thing people don't understand about cops is they are only as good as the vehicles they drive. Destroy those, and say goodbye to cops.

>wow you're a mess dude, I hope you're some foreign troll type and not a real American
you tell me: i'm jerking off to Putinography right now.

Oh, I lost my guns in a boating accident.

Exactly

People are stupid because they don't read history, or even the news, or look at the *little details* of the world around them.

Hypothetically?

You dont need to think "hypothetically".

The factual, real world answer to your question has already been provided.

What happened in NY, MA, and CT after mandatory gun registration was passed?

What has been the compliance rate?

What has the law enforcement response of those states been, to the fact that hundreds of thousands of people did not comply?

What has the law enforcement response been to the thousands of people who publicly burned the registration papers in front of government buildings?

What have law enforcement officials told the governors of those states, when discussing the incredibly low compliance rates and what law enforcement could do about it?

There is your fucking answer. All this has been public info for years. This is in liberal states like NY and MA. Now extrapolate that to the rest of the country. To the South. The Midwest. The Pacific Northwest. To every county or state were law enforcement officials like Sheriffs have publicly announced they do not agree with gun control or confiscation of any sort. To every city with a handful of machinists and gun enthusiasts. To every town with veterans who grew up with guns. To every neighborhood where someone has purchased an 80% jig.

Do you understand yet?

Please make a copy pasta of this shit so we dont have to keep on wasting our breath answering the same shit over and over on 20 different threads. Those who ask have no idea the answers have been staring at them in the face, because THEY DONT WANT TO KNOW THE REAL ANSWER. They are terrified of what it is. They want the answer to conform to their distorted world view, and will shut out every single real world fact that challenges it.

Attached: 1480869342944.jpg (755x768, 154K)

How much for all that? And what do you use it for?

>going to get RICOed
I've been waiting so many years for that.

I find it funny that the issue is a gun control one and both the left and the right are at each others throat even though banning or restrictions is not the solution. The 2nd amendment is for the ppl to defend themselves legally against an oppressive government. I believe the problem is a mental problem that shoudl be diagnosed and treated, withouth the jews overcharging for proper healthcare, but whatever, whatever lets pay our jews a thousand dollars for aspirin, cause muh gun rights.

Probably be alot of sniping going on.

They would just ban the guns no confiscation possession would be a fine or a year in prison NRA would no longer have a reason to exist after 20 years the average kid would have never even shot a gun anti gun news articles at least once a week 40 years most people would hate guns by then there would be yearly amnesties to legally hand in old gun and ammo

then the states rights debate comes up and most likely a giant fucking war

Hypothetically, a civil war.
Good thing it's just hypothetical

Guaranteed death for any gun grabber.
Not gonna happen

Likely this, but I would add jury nullification. Citizens can fight back without a single shot fired.

We arent fags like Australians. See post above.

Thousands of Americans have publicly defied things like gun registration amd burnrd the forms infront of government buildings. The overwhelming majority of gun owners in anti-gun states have refused to comply with gun registration, even at the threat of severe criminal penalties.

You look at this from the perspective of your culture and the fact that you DID give up your guns after Port Arthur. Im sure theres a lot of guns buried in the outback but the majority of Australian people complied. You registered your guns, then turned them in when they asked you to.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Texas_School_Book_Depository

In Australia Only 1/3 of the guns were handed back in, I imagine the result would be similar in an American gun ban/ buyback and yet look at us now 30 years of non stop anti gun propaganda can change anyone, you too will become a nation of faggots maybe it will take 30 years maybe 100 but it will happen they always win

"Save lives" nigger, how many times a week do you volunteer at the homeless shelter? Lots of REAL ways to save lives without taking peoples rights

this exactly. we had a goddamn civil war when they tried to ban slavery and less than 5% of the US population even owned a slave at the time. people without slaves still joined the confederacy just on the principle of the matter.

at least 25% of the population currently owns a gun. considering that gun owners aren't just in the south like with slavery and you can easily imagine how bad the potential civil war 2 could be.

Attached: 1516587128108.jpg (800x807, 340K)

The end of the US as we know it. There would be serious violent resistance and Russia or China would likely back the militias.

Civil War. Full-stop. I don't advocate for it, but there would be such an extreme schism as a result of the blatant tyranny.

Civil war.
No way I'd accept living in such a country. Death would be preferable so may as well try my luck with war in that case.

>Civil war was over niggers
Sure bud

This is complete bs the majority of gun owners did not hand back the guns. Only 640000 guns were handed in, mostly air rifles single shot .22s and shotguns

>There would be serious violent resistance and Russia or China would likely back the militias.

Russia and China would back leftist militias as well. They aren't our friends. They just want chaos.

>people without slaves still joined the confederacy just on the principle of the matter.
never said it was

odd man who keeps them, I guess 9 million or so odd men might make the news.
