I started watching yesterday and I'm currently on episode 9, but I love it. There's something so incredibly cozy about a cute slice of life in a café, and the characters are enjoyable enough. I can't really remember their names, I only know that Miu (Onee-chan) is best girl.
Could you explain why you think it's low-tier? There's worse SoL shows out there. This one is innocent and gets the job done: it makes you feel cozy and happy and then sad because you want to work in/own an equally cozy café but that will never happen.
