Awakened Garou has crazy adaptation, regen and was stated to be on par with Boros, if Guy wins it'll probably be close, especially if it drags out

In one hand Guy has shown better feats that almost everything that we have seen in OMP, but you are right about Garu regen, It's a very good match

depends on which universe the fight takes place on.

If it's HxH world, then Hisoka might win since AM is a simple Augment type user (most shitty type there is).
If it's MHA world, AM wins since he's literally top of the food chain and cannot be beat (kind of like OPM of his world).
