The problem is how would they come back to the Sunny? It would require to backtrack and because they're in yonkou territory that would be dangerous. I don't think they're going to leave the Sunny. I'm thinking Bege and Sanji help them out right on time.

Meaning he should reach them right about now as the Sunny is 65% of the way to Cacao Island.

That's a good theory that they should be meeting up with bege about now, but I don't think that's what's going to get them out of this pinch with BM, they need an immediate solution; not a distraction.

Abandoning the sunny = abandoning their quest, and the strawhats never give up. What I think Jinbe has planned is to lure BM away from the ship so that they can escape, my guess is that from the ocean, Jinbe could guide the ship using sea currents, tricking BM into thinking no one is on board.

The Sunny meanwhile is supposed to reach Cacao at 1 am meaning the Bege is faster by 7 hours if they were to race. And seeing as how Bege/Sanji left around 6pm and it's now 9 pm, he should easily reach the Sunny now.
