I just finished the 1999 version, what should I do next? Are there major differences between the 1999 and 2011 versions? Is it safe to just start it at a certain episode or do I have to watch all of it?
I don't think I've ever seen an anime with such great art and animation quality throughout so many episodes. The whole thing is a work of art.

I see that there's a "Greed Island" and "Greed Island Final" listed. It looks like they are a continuation of the other but I shouldn't watch one of them?
Good to hear it's coming back so soon. And yeah I'm used to seeing popular series shitposted about. I just hope I can get some good discussion as well since I'm a newfag to HxH.

That said, the 2011 version is better, but watching that now would be overload, so I recommend you cool off now and wait till the manga comes back for 10 chapters the end of Jan., and after that watch all of HxH 2011.
