Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryokou

Subs are out.
How was the ending?

Proper ending.
10/10 ambitious cinematic masterpiece.

tkmiz leaked the ending

I ironically picked this anime up because of the dabbing and moonwalking
I stayed for Anime of the year 2017

It was horseshit

It really was AotY in the end...

I only watched episode 1 and got really bored, should i finish it?

If it weren't for Made in Abyss and Owari coming out this year it would have been the best ending.
I hope Tkmiz doesn't do anything too horrible to the potatoes next month...

yes

>no kettenkrad
>no rifle
>no camera
>no food
>not even a flashlight
So this is how potatoes end
A great leap in the dark

Well that was kind of fucked

I just noticed the little girl in the videos is dead.

He An heroed.

you know, like everyone

It's been hundreds of years and several world wars since those pictures were taken.
There's only a few potatoes left in the world.

Why would he an hero?

Electric jesus shrooms.

Well if the videos show B2 being deployed, it can be assumed that the other pictures and videos were taken in the 21st century CE. Titus and Yuri lives in 33rd century.

What tipped you off, when they said that they were the only two humans left alive?

Come to think of it why is there no timestamps on the pictures?

My dick...

QUICK SALE 7.98

...meats Yuuri.

It's AOTE: Anime of The End.

>meats

So wait a sec, is it some kind of alternate timeline? I figured that all the images and videos are from a much further point in time than us.

I dont know what's going on, someone give a timeline of the events shown in the camera. Because I don't see how a current century camera lasts over 1000 years anyway. All the events shown has to be from some future age.
Unless all the folders weren't on the camera, and it was just stuff that was on the sub.

Maybe because they are propaganda and revealing that they have been at war with Estasia forever will crush soldiers' morale.

>it can be assumed that the other pictures and videos were taken in the 21st century CE
nah, it can also be just any kind of futuristic flying wing aircraft
remember that the videos also showed spider tanks and bauhaus evas wrecking shit around

meets, eats

How many chapters are out right now and when will they all get translated?

It's more likely to be part of the sub, perhaps even the crews' personal datas. What was happening was most likely the computers detected imaging device and asking Titus whether she wants to synchronize her data.

As for cameras looking the same in year 3200, it's for the same reason Kettenkrads and Arisakas exist alongside sapient robots and god-warriors.

That doesn't look like a cloud at all

41
all translated

>The next few chapters are just Yuuri and Chito crying on the staircase waiting to starve to death
>They're still holding hands as they lose consciousness

What counts as thermally unstable?

>bauhaus evas
It's a direct and unambiguous shout out to Nausicaa.

Absolute AOTY

Absolute waste of potential

Just like Titus and Yuri's world

Where can i find them?

Something that easily react with some heat. Which is weird because nuclear warhead is pretty hard to ignite, you need another explosion for that, maybe it's energy density is hard to ignore. Also the shrooms should also eat the Kettenkrad for it's fuel because it's also thermally unstable and have more energy per pound than gunpowder.

batoto

the potatoes got dyson'd

are those shrooms from space?

season 2 when

10 years

Japanese government fight leads into Japan being overtaken by the not-nazis seen later. They declare war on other Asian countries and kill millions.
The robot bits are either from way further into the future caused by the girls replicating robots or a world wide reaction to the Japanese.
The part with the asteroids/nukes/alienshit flying toward earth is after all this going by how fucked up earth looks in that.

I'd support Abe if it would lead to those two potatoes existing.

Season 1 covered 4 volumes, and there are only 5 volumes out.

So they basically eat anything that burns? How potatoes will warm themselves if they eat everything?

Potatoes die in darkness.

>The End of Potatolion

Those are Minase Inori and Kubo Yurika

The big shroom specified that Chino and Yuuri were the only two humans alive ''that they were aware of''.

Kino no Tabi last ep was so garbage.

This pulled me right back up.

10/10 last episode.

Now that I think about it, this is just like how it all began, with the potatoes stuck in darkness. It's raising som major ending flags. Except this time, they've lost everything, including hope. Reminds me a lot of Japanese/eastern belief in general, where you have to leave absolutely everything behind in order to pass on into the afterlife, thus giving credibility to the purgatory fan-theory.

Does this look like the face of mercy? That's why there's almost nothing from this point onward and the potatoes is slowly run out of resources and their only hope is in highest level because Those Shrooms somehow didn't get there.

So.

What do we watch now?

Would've been much better with different characters.

What the actual fuck was that

what's the name of that show about potato shrooms that supposedly airs on the next season?

Our lives end.

Am I the only one that got serious Nausicaa vibes from this episode?

Forget pic, i can't believe how menacing they look in motion when their statues is goofy looking.

Pop Team Epic?

Seems like Japan has a thing for wanderer stories at the moment.

If I write a novel about a wanderer in Japan, what are my chances of it getting adapted? Already have the prologue down.

Hakurei to Mikochi?

Want to go to the moon. Moon base confirmed?

I got it since when Yuri accidentally the WMD robot. That the flying shrooms eat them are probably the reason why raging firestorms rarely happen.

Not that guy, but I'm looking forward to this one.

Looks cute and comfy.

I knew I'd seen this scene before.

>First person to go to space is Yuri
>Last person to go to space is Yuuri

BOIL 'EM
MASH 'EM
STICK 'EM IN A STEW

I usually don't feel emotional with anime, but damn this one hit the spot. Everything about it is just so good, easily one of my most favourite series.
Will buy the manga for sure.

studio White Fox being a best as usual

Webm of this when

>Hakurei
Stop playing Touhou.
It's Hakumei to Mikochi.

Poteto

>Titus is named after Gherman Titov, the second man to orbit the Earth

last thread

I want to eat it.

Is she the cause of humans' extinction?

>LWA card ignored
>Potato card ignored

>LWA card
I wanna see

Chip in peace.

She contributed to at least one mass die off. It looks like humanity took a few to finally end it though so she's not entirely to blame.

>LWA card ignored
Wasn't it included in an art book and got yoshinari to do a q&a thing here though?

Uhmngmnng

>work on robots because you enjoy doing so and achieve something extraordinary
>people steal your work, weaponize it and cause the near extinction of the human race
Hungry potato loli suffered the most out of anyone in this world.

That was the first card.
There was a second one when the show finished because the threads were retarded.

it was...wholesome
I'm a sadfag now tho

loli liek potet

It looked like normal school project. At that point humanity was so developed that even kid could create his replicating robots in garage.

Tkmiz probably saw it. They probably blushed and got flustered. They probably tried to write a response and realized they couldn't.
They probably appreciated it.

I'm still a bit confused about the timeline. There's a nuko statue present on the memorial locker suggesting people already worshipping nuko gods at this point, but the burial rites heard in this episode suggests that these people were still believing in the more traditional religions like christianity?

tkmiz really took blind watchmaker to heart.

But does she wear fedora?

Who did it better?

Cannibalism.

The survivors of the nuclear attack could have put that statue afterwards.
