Good shounen battle moments desu
>What are some things in anime that make you cry?
Nothing. I'm quite capable of discerning between fiction and reality.
Characters who were abused/treated badly being treated nicely after a long time.
Are you 13?
In my heart, I still have the libido of one for sure.
>What are some things in anime that make you cry?
Blatant bluray advertisements.
Characters who live happy fulfilling lives.
When characters are so inspired by their senpai that they strive forward trying to reach their level despite constantly being under their shadow.
I don't really like to admit this, but I cried a lot during the last season of New Game!
>Nothing. I'm quite capable of closing off my emotions and throwing sympathy in the trash
That's not something to be proud of user...
Was meant for this
Everything. I can't turn the faucets off.
BnHA had a lot of fights that made me tearup/full blown cry. The show is so good at infusing a ton of emotion into every fight. Best example I can think of is Uraraka vs Bakugou in the tournament. That fight plus Uraraka's call afterwards hit hard
Self reflection and friendship. Fucking S2E20 of K-ON gets me every time.
Generally any well written character who's expressing strong feeling, doesn't have to be sadness.
Pretty much this
ep 20 is one of the greatest episodes of all time.
Nothing hurts me more than some one smiling while the cry
Not gonna lie. I had to cry watching that breakfast scene.
Didn't cry at that, but when a character like Uraraka, side character with significantly less advantages/screen time, gets their shot for the title and gives it every fucking thing they have but still fails... man it just hurts ya know?
I can't even say Bakugou was handed the fight he earned it fair and square. She just wasn't good enough.
characters who give it their all
I've watched K-On like six times and without fail
I always lose it at this scene and when they play the song for Azusa in the final episode.
parents
...
Characters who've been keeping it all in for too long
Fucking this
Anime graduations kill me. Probably because I didn’t want to graduate myself. It’s nice when you don’t have to pay for so much stuff, are allowed to be stupid and hang with your bandmates after school all the time without having to work, and your family is still young and healthy. K-On is my in my top 5 fave anime because of how good it’s graduation is.
I didn’t even watch Love Live and the scene on the beach when they talk about graduating made me tear up.
Others I can think of are Lucky Star even if they didn’t show it, and Azumanga Daioh, but I watched that when I was in like 6th grade so I couldn’t understand the gravity. I should watch it again.
i haven't cried to an anime in a long time
i think my testosterone levels are peaking out right now at this stage in my life
What is she crying over here? Her daughter or granddaughter? I didn’t play the vn and I don’t think this was in the anime.
When what is supposed to be a comedy took a sudden turn towards feels town.
When the OST kicks in during a scene without talking, usually.
Nagisa died 5 years ago and they're her parents but they kept themselves together and didn't cry so they could raise Ushio properly, this scene is just after Tomoya took Ushio back to be with him and Sanae and Akio can finally cry over their daughters death together
Staying up till 3am to binge a manga only for a shitty fucking goddamn ending. Looking at you, Ana satsujin.
PTSD shit
For example I thought aldnoah zero was pretty shit but the flashbacks that one Lt. kept having got to me.
Anime girls crying is cheating mode to make me cry.
That one scene in Love Lab where the two girls make up. The one apologizing cries first and the one being apologized to starts out with a stony smiling expression before succumbing to tears. Among the best HEALING moments IMO.
Characters that age over the course of the series
Reality will hit you like a brickk.
The last episode.
>When an already powerful scene is accompanied by even more powerful music
Sora no Woto's climax hit me like a fucking brick. Even when rewatching it I find myself crying whenever Servante de Feu kicks in
Muv Luv gave me PTSD youtube.com
I always cry when the MC's daughter and wife die
Wholesome father/daughter moments
>I'll never have a family or a child to raise
>I'm going to die alone
...
You deserve more (You). For me its family stuff. Clannad means family.
Read my girl user. Merry christmas
Finishing a series, going to the toilet and looking at my sad face in the mirror.
Nagisa = worst girl
You motherfucker..
That series went from innocent SOL to a fucking heartbreaking torment. Almost forgot that scene.
5 Centimetres Per Second also gave me very bad feels as I was leaving school around that time and had no gf problems.
nothing's changed either
Seymour_Futurama.jpg
>family stuff
Have you watched Wolf Children?
Someone taking drastic actions in an attempt to make their lives worth something. Maybe because I'm starting to feel that midlife crisis thing.
This
Shouldering some burden for a long period of time and finally being told that it's time to let it go.
Any good example of this?
Not him but Clannad AS
That was stupid honestly.
When the ED and credits roll while the episode is still playing.
see
Name one. Can't think of any.
The finale of GaoGaiGar

I have never cried while watching anime despite seeing hundreds of shows of varying genres.
That's a shame.
Unironically try LSD or shrooms, I don't want to sound like a degenerate druggie but it'd probably help you open up.
I never cry that much but one thing that got me was the end of Diebuster when Buster machine 1 and 2 came back
