It's always hard to gauge how much influence the ABC and ADK producer exert over Precure, but Naitou's probably the reason why we have babies again. He was also the reason why Maho had such mediocre staff, since he's relatively new to the scene and doesn't have many connections.

I don't like Naitou myself, but SatoJun and Zako should be able to bring in more capable staff this time around. We might even finally get Itou Ikuko working on Precure, just not for the character designs.
