That would be either Kill la Kill or Panty & Stockings. In general, Trigger shit tends ot have really unique soundtracks. TTLG and Luluco have or or two very memorable songs.
Death Note, Code Geass, have it pretty good. So does One Punch Man. Even the Bleach soundtrack has memorable songs. When anime does soundtrack well it tends to do it pretty well.
But I think all will be overwritten by the Persona 5 anime when it comes out. Just... yeah.
