From the spoilers we received, people are a bit angry that Frieza has problems with Dyspo. They make it seem as if Frieza would be able to defeat him easily, which I disagree. First, Dyspo could change hands with Hit and God Goku, which he did not even try to use against Goku. He was even pushed back until Goku and Hit decided to swap places. I mean, we did not see Dyspo 100%, we never saw it on power up. It seems he has become far too naughty in his fight against hit and that almost led to an early fall. Obviously in raw power, I am sure that Frieza has defeated him, but what Dyspo lacks in power, he obviously makes in immense speed. I do not know if I could go on, but what does your guy think? Do people downplay Dyspo too much?
- Also Dyspo has only lost because he has the time-skip ability, the freezer is obviously missing.
- See how much trouble hit SSJB Goku can give and then look at the problems Dyspo hit.
Mr. Satan's canon power level is 100,000. Which is about as strong as everyone was during Namek until they fight against Frieza.
So would Mr. Satan been able to fight against Frieza's goons effectively? Even though he doesn't know how to use Ki.

n, immortal means not able to die by any means. Zamasu specifically wished for immortality and he wasn't able to be killed, and even Beerus, within the manga, said he couldn't kill him.
There's never been any indication or suggestion at all that there are multiple different "types" of immortality, as immortality is clearly defined as not being mortal.
