checked. If you look closely at that map you'll see some funky stuff. Newfoundland is 1/2 an hour off from the rest of that region of canada for some dumb canadian reason.
Also North Korea kind of recently decided they were going to be 30 minutes ahead of south korea and made up their own time zone.
I'm not sure what's up with iran, they're kind of doing their own thing...
And then fucking australia down there is +8 3/4, +9 1/2, and +10. I'm starting to see why moot fucking hates australians, they always do shit like that.

Its internet thing where you're informing everyone from every continent and they use some random american or central eu timezone, WHY? USE UTC, fuck.

I ended up memorizing PST and EST conversion after years of shitty MMORPGs always announcing their events and maintenance with those standards.
