Yeah, so looks like it might be quite common for animators to participate in Comiket and release rare sketches, illustrations, posters at Comiket that get sold out very fast and unfortunately many of these limited, rare goods pretty much never get scanned by those who bought them in Japan

I bet a lot of animators sell it this way, too, in order to get limited attention from their publisher or company because they don't actually own the rights to the source material.

There is still a small chance some old copies of them appear for sale online occasionally, but without knowing to look for them no one ever decided to buy one to scan. They are giving away the chance for money by not making more copies in later years.

I guess people interested in official lewd or official porn should try to follow or subscribe to as many official animator pixiv accounts or official animator twitter accounts as they can and check and see if any of them are doing anything for Comiket.

For example, my post about Takashi Mamezuka shows he advertises on pixiv and twitter that he is releasing something before every Comiket.

The official comiket artist booth magazine doesn't really seem to advertise these animators' booths as much as hentai artists, though.

Comiket does promos for certain hentai artists but it seems they barely advertise the fact that official animators are releasing valuable stuff at Comiket, too, which is a downright shame.

Official porn are like treasures yet they pretty much never get scanned and uploaded online and instead, are hoarded, by those who bought them.

If it's like Tanaka Yuuichi, some samples may get posted to twitter for short periods of time then deleted. Once I knew about this late last year, I started watching and trying to save any images that get posted. I don't know how many others do this, but it may be better than nothing.

Too soon to tell. Some Non-H books I've bought had nudity in them. They don't get rated as R-18 unless the preview has R-18 content most of the time.

If I remember from my earlier check, some copies of the same thing had R-18 while others didn't. I don't know how reliable that is.
