>In Japan in the year 2035, an accident known as the "Burst" occurs during a research project, spawning an out-of-control artificial life form called "Matter" that has spread throughout the Kurobe Gorge. The research city that was once hailed as the hope for humanity is cordoned off by the government. Two years later, 15-year-old Aiko Tachibana, who lost her family in the Burst, learns something unbelievable from Yuya Kanzaki, a new student at her school. A secret is hidden within her body, and the answer to the puzzle lies at the "Primary Point" that was the center of the Burst. Aiko resolves to infiltrate the restricted area, escorted by a team of divers and with Yuya as her guide. When boy meets girl with the fate of humanity in their hands, what new truth will come to light?
Looks decent, i am always in for Bones original anime.
Julian Campbell
I heard this show was already finished and delivered to Netflix like a month or two ago. They must be twiddling their thumbs on it for it to take another 2 months to release.

Netflix sure going all out in anime.
Blake Rogers
This looks great to be honest. Has an old-school Bones vibe, and the production values are high.
Cooper Gomez
They're recording dubs for it in other languages most likely, otherwise they would have released it earlier.
Cameron Collins
Disney is getting into streaming, and Hulu/Amazon are picking up steam. They need a name and content, esspecially with Disney paying Indians to shitpost about how Netflix sucks (and other affiliates, like CC saying such as well).
Last throngs of a dying empire, expect allot of new from Netflix that (paid) critics hate but audiences like.
Kevin Cook
Looks pretty choice.
Hudson Long
I'm all for it if it means more originals and dream projects.
Aiden White
based Netflix saving anime with BONES

>That character design I'm in
Anthony Rogers
But is it really worth a dead discussion? This "all at once" delivery model is a blight.
Jason Walker
I like it. Don't really come here to discuss anything but new releases when a season starts.
Christopher Jackson
The animation looks weird and stiff unlike the usual Bones. I'm not a fan.
I can't believe Netflix of all things are the ones producing actual anime. This is exactly what anime should have never stopped being.
Kevin Evans
>anime is dirt cheap to produce and fund >netflix's requirements are shows that cater to western audiences as well so they cant go full moe~ >we get shows are that more serious and fits western tastes better
Netflix is doing pretty good with anime so far everything they've funded has been pretty decent.
Brayden Martinez
Hyped for bones original scifi anime
Michael Sullivan
>called "Matter"
It's not that I mind these kind of shows, but they always give the monsters in questions the lamest names.
Brandon Torres
Will they release every episodes at once? I hope they do
David Rogers
You understand that the names your chuuni brain finds cool will sound just as lame to everyone else, right?
Jayden Price
Netflix is saving anime
Connor Taylor
Another good thing is that they are autoconclusive, you don't need to go and read a manga or a LN. That's really the only thing that really annoys me of the things produced in japan lately. Things unconcluded have existed always in anime, but at least they used to try to adapt all the content avaliable even if they couldn't adapt everything (because the manga was still ongoing for example). Or tried to give it an original ending. Now you have a LN that has 7-8 volumes already released, but for some reason the anime adaptation barely covers one book and a half.

Yes. Devilman, AICO, B, Seint Seiya remake and Lost Song are an actual Netflix exclusives, they aren't going to air on TV and will be fully released on Netflix.
