I had assumed that for Revival if it did happen would be the result of a separate mini Arc.

One of the tsukumogami Kazuya took ownership of is a needle, its been hinted for ages now.

That is different unless Kazuya brought the needle into the fight with him. Which again, I can't confirm as I don't know the setup from the previously streamed chapter. Her coming back isn't a problem. It happening right now as a permanent deal is potentially going to irk me.
