Yo what the fuck was Netflix thinking?

Yo what the fuck was Netflix thinking?

>Netflix
Please be joking.

The anime is produced by Netflix.

They gave money for an exclusive release, that is all. Netflix does not animate.

The Japanese thugs were pretty spot on to how they really look like though.

>japanese aren't into nigger rap and jewish pornography

>Delinquents act like delinquents.

Your surface ass is showing user.

So I wasn't the only one confused. But pls who was who again? Middle one was gay runner. First one was the rapper who dated Miko, and the last?

>Rapper who dated Miko
Wtf

Last is a random the rappers thought was the first guy.

I wasn't the only one who confused them right

Some random dude who started shit in the clothing store for no reason.

I thought it was rapper guy who turned into a demon until they showed us that he was already dead.

Holy mother of speedwatchers, do you even Miko's demon development, or were you this busy with her boobs?

Get a load of this fucking guy lmao

I see, I actually thought this and got clarified at the same moment but the body was her grandmother, isn't it? I think we never get to know what happened to him aside the glasses from Miko's bag.
What confused me more was that manlet guy from the group who just decided to betray all of them.

Back to Sup Forums you go

We got a shot of his severed hand

>MUH PURE NIHONEJIN

What do you mean the manlet betraying?
Didn't they all fight the mob

AY YO
YO
*smacks lips*
SO WATCHU SAYIN IS
*pulls up pants*
AY YO HOL UP
SO WATCHU'S FINNA SAY WUZ
*robs liquor store*
YO YO
SO WUT I'M HEARIN IZ
*eats watermelon*

He's shown as part of the mob when Miki and Miko run away

Manlet guy was always fishy, he was also the first that shot at MC when they found out that he was a demon.

Miko had rapper's sunglasses, after Miko leaves with Miki, Beatboxer rifles her bag and finds the sunglasses.
Cant recall if he saw them when Miko dropped her bag, but either way saw the glasses of dead friend, picked a side.
it as during the "Everyone picks a side" finale, so how are you surprised that he picked a side

its fine to miss a detail or two, but it seems like everyone missed a fourth of the entire show or something.
am i the only one who has noticed this?
Hie a cute, CUTE!

And see now, the tattooed hand (fingers). Well, now I get it. I don't know if I was distracted by the bright colors or what.

He defo see them when they fall and checks the bag to confirm.

What I saw and don't understand is the car guy (of the rappers) who stabs his friend
And I didn't see manlet with the mob

The tall guy with the blank eyes who was bringing the car? I didn't get it too, but I assumed he was on drugs and/or possessed by a demon.

Yeah must have been possessed

Boy did EP 9 fuck me up

He shot at Miko tho. He was suspicious about her because of the glasses in her bag.

His mind went blank and gone crazy. Happens to some people in apocalypse type shows

I didn't like it how the idea of other Devilmen was just thrown a the end of the story. Also, RIP black kitty, you tried.

Poor design choices except for the last one because it was supposed to be a look alike nobody.

>I didn't like it how the idea of other Devilmen was just thrown a the end of the story. Also, RIP black kitty, you tried.

Ending was rushed.
I also feel like the ep 9 important deaths are too close to ep 10, we needed a breather

Miko went to the guy because he looked like the rapper.

>you will never cum in miko and get swiftly decapitated in ecstasy

God I wish that were me

>mfw I thought the third one was the first one in the series.
>I was so fucking confused at the time
holy fuck I knew this adaptation had huge plotholes and shitty animation but this?!

Also what the fuck happened when everyone started fighting in the end that there was a zone already nuked by god that stayed that way for fucking long, destroying part of the naval army.
But suddently it never happened?!

This sucks ass

It happened but it was aimed only to demons, but yes, we never hear about 7th division again, so if the attack only harmed demons, at we should have been informed humans were fine.
Last two episodes should have been a movie.

What are the rules of demonic possession?

Don't worry, it only happens to unvirgins

>unvirgins
?

>Last two episodes should have been a movie.
more like the whole series should have been more eps.
This was totally rushed to the point of cutting part of the plot. (For their own good I hope this was the reason...)

I was curious about the 10 episodes because Netflix fucks most of their tv shows under the 13 episodes rule. They fucked Daredevil and Punisher by this, when those shows would have been better with 9 or 10. Then you have Devilman Crybaby that obviously needed at least 18 or 23.

>top
>faggot who raps at his crush, Miko
>Miko becomes the demons and eats/kills him in her apartment

>middle
>faggot who is a literal faggot and is known for being good at running
>bonus points for being gay AND being a traitor; bravo Yuasa

>bottom
>faggot who's nameless and acts like a complete nigger to the other thugs
>rival schools maybe?

All in all, shit hair, Miko deserved better.

>>Miko becomes the demons and eats/kills him in her apartment
Did she? I thought he died in the party.

I can't blame them for this, 3 of my younger cousins had this haircut a couple months back. Must be a trend.

Why did the make 3 same characters

How much does this differ from the manga?

rastabro betrayed everyone because he found the glasses in miko's bag. He was already skeptical that she was a demon and the glasses proved that someone and also proved that she killed him

enough to have you ask abou it

Clearly more than you cause otherwise you'd no that they were in no position to make creative decisions for this show

It's as bad as the meme you just posted, so a lot.

Not much.

It’s a reimagining more than a straight adaption.

Yes, and Adult Swim has no influence on FLCL 2 either. Western corporations are just throwing money at these animation studios and telling them to make whatever they want with no supervision.

The people that are saying Netflix made this are Pewdiepie fans
He made a video today saying Netflix made this like they are some god tier animation company

It was mob mentality, if he had chosen his friends then he would have been killed their. In order to save himself, he pretended to side with the mob.

That's nice to know and all but you should really just stop giving a shit about retards like him.

Why hate someone you never know? I too, didn't like him until I saw his videos. Only saw his YLYL vids but that fine.

It's not; it was licensed by Netflix.

Are the two lead guys homos? I'm only on ep 5 but I'm getting real vibes from the blonde

>Then you have Devilman Crybaby that obviously needed at least 18 or 23.
No, it did not. Movies can set up proper stories in 90-120 minutes. Anything longer than that is not needed and serves only to better explore the characters.

is devil's run really better than narutards run ?

Yeah sure, I can already imagine big Mr. Netflix flying over to Japan and telling the chara designer that he wanted two guys with dreads and a goatee.

Crunchyroll also produces anime, you know? It literally just means that they throw some bucks at projects they are interested in, that's it.

Why didn't anyone use Holy water ?

My theory is that she had sex with him in the apartment but killed rapperbro after finishing like she did with rapistbro anda that's why his severed hand and body were there.
Now what I wonder is what happened to her grandma

Same thing.

Literally makes it unwatchable. Rap should be extinguished on sight

I'll never understand why they did this, especially when they appear right after it was established that turning into a Devilman changes your appearance and personality.

We only needed a good 2 or 3 more episodes.

Her grandmother was the corpse in her apartment. Butterfly most likely unfortunately died his untimely death at the Sabbath they went to.

Back in the oven you go

it was probably as a bait and switch when it turns out he's actually dead

Hi I'm not up to day with Netflix stuff. What exactly is this?

Call him Sup Forums all you want but I don't see how he's far from the mark. How often do you see rap and this amount of gratuitous non-sequitur sex in anime? Just a coincidence an American company put the money in?

Anyway, Jewish or not isn't important, point is if I wanted rap, gratuitous sex everywhere, and lazy artstyle that just smears, blooms, and blurs low-detail shapes I'd watch western stuff.

side characters from the devilman adaptation, released a couple of days ago

>Yuasa: "Because Devilman Crybaby is being distributed by Netflix, we have few restrictions on eroticism & violence."

If you have followed Netflix film productions, you would know that yes Netflix is kinda handing out checks every where.

Now they do pick scripts that they feel match what ever image they are trying to build with their brand but they are pretty off hands compare to traditional networks, Especially when it comes to foreign works.

yeah what the FUCK was the point of the clothing store scene?

I got confused too.

Wait, the bottom picture is a third character? WHAT THE FUCK.

To give rap bros a reason to stick with miki at the end

>is this title widely known and recced among fujos for decades homo?
Nahhhhh, no way, you're just confused.

So do you guys think the rappers got their guns after shit hit the fan or were carrying while they were in the store too?

>What confused me more was that manlet guy from the group who just decided to betray all of them.
I thought he was the one that stabbed the cat

Punisher and Daredevil S1 was perfect as is.
Daredevil S2 and Jessica Jones should have been 10.

I tought he was gay boy doing some démon shit. You guys are sure he’s another character?

>friend of mine legitimately thought they were all the same character until I explained to him they were all seperate

Also to show that midget was fucking crazy

>but the body was her grandmother, isn't it?

It was my interpretation that the dead body at the apartment was Miko's grandmother. It doesn't show who it is, but it is implied that Miko killed her grandmother at that point.

It does show part of the Butterfly rapper guy's hand in her apartment(had 'F L Y' tattoo'd on the fingers), and it is intentionally left vague whether she actually killed him or not. But I think that he probably died during the Sabbath party and Miko just kept his sunglasses and part of his hand as a memento of him.

>muzzle sweep

>Miko killed her grandmother

I was hoping they where just throw away characters to introduce satan. Then episode 2 happened.

Why did she make donkey noises when she wasn't even a demon yet? Where were they going with that?

because her grandmother was obviously a piece of shit, hinted at the bitchy way she was always shrieking for her when she was trying to water her flowers

An old woman from the mob stabbed the cat.

Devilman Crybaby is the new age Elfen Lied. Absolute Garbage. The only episodes I actively enjoyed were 9 and 10 (except the part when they were kids, that shit was awful.) Felt like an insult to Go Naigai's work

>unironically saves and watches sam videos
>even though he's worse then weinstein

I know, I went back a couple seconds after watching it. I thought it was him for the first couple seconds.

Japan actually has a rap scene dumbass. You'd also know that rampant sex and gore have been common in anime since forever if you ever read/watched more than 2 anime or manga.

Did she actually get fucked by that pedo guy?

Yeah

It’s called “pretentious tacky hipster style”. Watching the first Ep, seems meh.

>seems meh
That's how I feel about the whole adaptation. At least it wasn't ever boring.
