The way I see it, after what happened to her in the last decade seemed to leave Ursula sort of jaded, however she's not only the youngest teacher in the institution, but also knows how Akko feels when it comes to certain things. She does have still fire in her. And given it was Akko who also brough her smile back, I doubt Ursula would treat Akko like shit, probably will try to keep her grounded and being honest when it comes to her work and progress, but also will pour herself into helping her improving. She loves Akko to bits, but probably will try to keep herself at ease in order to not show favoritism.

As we can see from the documentary, Yoshinari can be pretty strict, but seems to be patient and tries his best to reach his kohai.
