Probably Koe no Katachi. I cried to Bakemono no Ko recently too, but I can't remember if I watched it before or after KnK.

Happiest Girl in the World.
Last one in terms of me watching it was ep. 11 of The Tatami Galaxy. In terms of release date it would be the Ping Pong the Animation, at multiple points.
definitely this, there haven't been much anime recently that got the timing this right for tearjerking, especially the stoning part because it was unexpected, since non-canon (actually, I think it was a good replacement for the torture room). I didn't really care for the characters since I've already read the manga, but music and timing can do wonders to emotions. The only other anime I shed some tears to was Kaiji, that was more genuine, though. And then there's NHK, which simply made me want to kill myself.
