i had a huge crush on her for a long time. I’ve always watched any program she in, listening to her radio program when i can, following her in other anime projects and buying her CDs.
But I’ve always set a safe zone for myself to not get become too obsessive like some people would do. For the most part, I’ve been able to control that. However, I realized after reflecting myself today, I might have gone over my safe zone just a little bit (but not to the point of overly obsessed) mainly because I talk about her on Reddit (occasionally on posts related to her), and Discord. So reading this news was a big shock to me.
Anyway, it’s a long story. But I am feeling a little better now as of writing this comment. However, that doesn’t change my view towards her. I’ll continue to support her works. If anything, I am excited for the upcoming Revue Starlight TV anime and any new single/album she will be releasing this year.
Am I truly heartbroken? No, but that’s just how reality works. If she wants to be happy, I can’t stop her neither should fans. And I should get over it and move on.
Important thing is as long as Mimorin is giving me the happiness I from her work, I will give back by supporting her works too. Or congratulating her on Twitter whenever she does something great for the day or a big news announcement. She deserves to be happy and so should us fans. To that, I’m happy for her and congratulations!
I may get some flak on this comment and that’s okay. I don’t expect everyone to understand.
Lesson learned. Reality is reality. Always learn to control yourself and ALWAYS your limits as a fan.
