Not OP but one thing that I always felt was a bit weird was how Taki didn't feel Mitsuha looked a bit familiar when he was in her body.
Granted we know he has a shit memory because he doesn't remember the news of the meteor event but it just seems weird that he wouldn't at least feel some sense of recollection towards a cute girl who randomly gave him a gift and acted fairly familiar toward him years ago.

They were probably living the exact same day, only with 3 years difference. like for example 01.01.2018 and 01.01.2015, they probably just saw the date and didn't bother to look at the year, I mean who does. Many actions were probably very rushed and clouded since they probably had to cope with the bodyswap in general
