Yes. Get a pen and some paper, and start drawing. No, seriously, that's all there is to it. Draw, then look at your drawing, and think what you would have changed (with your current skill), to make it better. Then apply that to your next drawing.

I can't draw for shit either. I feel lucky that Yuno is commonly iconified in an easy-to-draw way, but I'm still really far off from how Ume-sensei and other real artists draw her in wideface mode. But that doesn't matter. The important thing is to put your feelings into the drawing! If you think she's cute, you'll be able to put that cuteness into the drawing!
