I mean, Sakura doesn't get the Love card, they exchange bears (which on episode 70 only Syaoran gives the bear to Sakura) and Syaoran reunites again with Sakura after a year (which negates The Sealed Card completely).

The OVA despite being called the Clear Card prologue isn't actually the prologue. The anime is doing its own thing and keeping several of its original things and not following that OVA, which is the end of the original manga.

It literally is following the Clear Card manga though, just because it makes references to animeonly material, doesn't mean CLAMP is irrelevant here.

Clamp is involved in the manga. In the first episode they flashed back to the ending of the anime which is directly in conflict with the manga's ending. They kept the bear despite not having it in the flashback because I imagine it's important at some point. Other things like having 53 cards and mentioning Meiling too. And in a couple episodes we'll find out what they do with Eriol's house which is important in Clear Card but was demolished in the second movie (or before it).
