the only things they have in common is that the main characters vaguely resemble their counterparts, and that the character designs are somewhat similair. In ssr it was a stylistic choice, while here it's part of the basic premise.

It definitely doesn't have the impressive direction Yuru Camp has, but it's my second place for comfy shows this season. I prefer the art and designs in this show to Yuru Camp.

Yuru Camp doesn't really appeal to me honestly, while this does. I'm a sucker for SoL in fantasy or sci-fi settings though.

Both are great. I'm more impressed by this one, maybe because I had already read Yuru Camp manga, but I also feel both shows are different.
This one is about the daily life of Hakumei and Mikochi.

I find this comfier than Yuru camp, maybe it's the setting, too many SOL with highschoolers made me appreciate other things and worlds. Yuru camp is great, but that's it, the world is average because it's the real world and they do real world stuff. In a fantasy world at least we see something different.
