buu is like much stronger than even the androids.

The OP is an idiot, but the DBS writers are no worse. In the original series Majin Buu sleeps at one point for five seconds and comments it was a long rest. Between that and his overall backstory this hibernation bullshit never made sense and was just made up on the fly to take Buu out of the action.
