That was cozy. I hope it stays cozy.

reminder that violet wants to know what is love

didn't watch 3 yet. is she a dyke?

There are more cozy moments coming soon

no she is best girl

She is a good human being, also probably straight

Meant for

great, it would be a shame if they ruined this show with forced yuri

She is best girl and gay for violet

Found a way to fuck up their highly-marketed show, in any case.

Yes

Nah.

No.

Maybe

I don't know

She's gay

Can you repeat the question?

Why is there a space in KyoAni?
Thought you were talking about some chicks name for a minute there

Is she a dyke?

You decide.

Yes

That's gay

That's not gay.

Is that you, Kutori?

That may be gay

Kyoani finds a way

to plagiarize!

It looks like a wig.

I'm gay

Better than episode 2, worse than episode 1. This series is still mediocre as fuck.

Brown Reina does it again, just like how she saved Hibikek from being a flop

>brown
It's red you dumbass

Me too. This was actually a good episode.

What is gay

man i fucking hate this bullshit, its like admitting that just gathering every thing that cause "emotions" in some average retard who assuming would prise this piece of shit that has zero interesting thing in it

are you having a seizure?

What?

Who hurt you user?

KyoAni finds a way to make another winter flop!

Are you hurt?

So, another yuribait by KyoAni?
GREAT!

What the fuck I love VEG now

What the fuck I hate VEG now

What the fuck, I'm indifferent to VEG now.

...

Is the cum filter actually getting worse?

There would be less of a filter if you watching it on tv, or you can check out my edit that probably doesn't look very good, big as fuck and without subtitles.
here: dropmefiles.com/7w1mp

Looks better in motion.

>that shitty cgi
Thank god they use shitty filters to hide it

Here not that much of a difference, because if i change more, it fuck up other scenes and i don't wanna do them separately because i'm lazy fuck. So if you want you can download it or just use Mpc shaders.

Every week I'm a little more convinced that Violet Evergarden is literally too smart for Sup Forums, and it's not even smart.

For VEG not IQ, but EQ is required (though some IQ would not be unnecessary to pick up the storytelling nuances). The issue is not that board with filled with dumb people, but with genuine sociopaths

About 3 out of 100 persons sociopaths, but Sup Forums because of anonimity attracts them. Combined with neets with no social interactions, the result is what you see.

RIP Anne of Green Gables.

Her Double Suicide with Oni-chan will find a way to their parents.

Kyoani finds a way. Bravo Ishidate.

There is no such thing as EQ. Also, VEG is just poorly written and you have shit taste.

>no one went up a tower to look at the view before the anime on the right

I've loved all the episodes so far but I think my current ranking is 3=1>2, I loved 1 a lot but this episode got me into that tearing-up feeling the most times and I actually shed a manly dang tear over her brother. Maybe I've got shit taste and autism but this show pulls at my heartstrings so much, man.

...

>There is no such thing as EQ
Ok, bye

Congratulations to Violet-chan.

She graduated. Yay!

WE ALWAYS WIN BABY

Congratulations to Violet-chan. She graduated. Yay!

She's oniichansexual, as every good imouto should be.

You have along path ahead of you, Violet.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emotional_intelligence

otsukaresamadeshita, baioretto-chan.

Emotions are faked by chemicals thats why you can still be very logical but still don;t understand them. Inteligent person will learn to fake emotions to some degree tough.

Ability to fake emotions is part of EQ. It is measurable so its real. The only disputed part wether it should be attributed as intellegence or seen in different context

Congratulations! You have high emotional intelligence. This is good news! EQ counts for twice as much as IQ and technical skills combined in determining who will be a star performer. Your level of EQ likely has been and will be a driver of your high performance under pressure for years to come. Areas to work on: While you are doing well, don’t forget to take time out of your busy day-to-day activities to stop and reflect on what brings you the greatest meaning in your life. If we fail to do this on a regular basis, we risk becoming tranquilized by the trivial; sedated by the small details. Yes, deadlines need to be met and goals achieved. But if we are working toward goals that are not in alignment with our key values and greater purpose, we face becoming frustrated and cynical when we face pressure – losing sight of the reason we are doing ‘all of this’ in the first place!

As William James said: “I have no doubt whatsoever that most people live, whether physically, intellectually, or morally, in a very restricted circle of their potential being. They make use of a very small portion of their possible consciousness… much like a man who, out of his whole body organism, should get into the habit of using and moving only his little finger… We all have reservoirs of life to draw upon, of which we do not dream.”

These three episodes did a really weak job portraying Violet's increasing understanding of emotions. If the next episode is a timeskip and Violet is already able to write letters that aren't just short paragrapghs it will feel weird.

> shiritai no desu

Episodes 4 & 5 - Novelist
Episodes 6 & 7 - Sisters
Episodes 8 & 9 - Violet & Gilbert's past
Episode 10 - Psycho
Episodes 11 & 12 - Lux/ Violet's true nature
Episodes 13 & 14 - Train hijack finale

Does this looks right to any fellow LNfag?

She doesnt have to write the text of the letters that often.

Chapter 1 is her just typewriting what scriptwrite dictates. (early stage)
Chapter 2 is writing by hand letters dictated to her. (early/middle stage?)
Chapter 3 is writing down what dieing soldier dictates. (also its LATE timeskip)
Chapter 4 there is no letters, she just copies ancient astronomy books (early stage)
Chapter 5 she doesnt have to write anything, and is just told to pass a message. (similarly LATE timeskip)

etc. It is not like her clients are uneducated poor people who cant write nor type - she is hired for different reasons mostly. Though she is noticably more mature there.

No. It should be 1 episode per story, none of them aside from finale really require multiple ones and you missed quite some stuff. Also if they do it in chronologial order, it`ll be not the same chapter order as in novel

As it looks atm, it seems they will put majority of past flashbacks in before the finale, adapting end of vol 1 and of vol 2 together. At the moment they only flash tease flashbacks, but they would require own episodes.

Just a reminder that baioretto-chan is gonna find out about major being dead and we're all gonna be torn the fuck apart like no tommorow.

>Bioretto sends a letter which justs reads YOUR IMOUTO WANTS A HUG, REPORT BACK RESULTS. OVER.

I'd figure they do a lot of anime original stuff and incorporate the LN chapters in flashbacks.

We know they have Violet running on water scene animated already so we can assume there's that chapter incorporated.

Huh, they could do that couldn' they. Showing their past right before the finale isn't a bad idea I think.
Still makes it weird during the soldier arc.

THIS

RIP Gil.

It was pretty good episode, sligtly better than expected.

Only if you watch some shitty 100mb 480p tvrip instead of Netflix release.

So what you're trying to see is this shit suddenly gets good?

Just trying to fit in the LN now that they're done with anime original episodes. 2 volumes in 11 episodes, sounds harsh.

Each chapter is exactly one episode. There are 13 chapters in total. They might leave the most juicy part for the movie though. For one - so far there is no indication at all that Lux will be in anime at all. Questions about her are avoided, character art or VA listings not present.

>so far there is no indication at all that Lux will be in anime at all.

I think they replaced her with Erica.

I'm going to lose my shit if they remove Lux and the revelations about what Violet actually is. It's one of the best arcs in the story for fucks sake.

First episode made me cry with tears rolling down my cheeks. The third made me tear up with a single tear rolling down my cheek and the second only made me tear up.

omedetou!~

Oh, that's good.
Why did they make such a big issue of that course then?

Look wise it might be the case, though while Lux cut her hair and wear glasses her role is different, being Hodgins secretary and not AMD. However they can't remove her from plot entirely as its one of the highlight of novels - but they indeed can leave it out for movie. But that would also mean finale will not be in anime as well, since its chronologically later.

We`ll see. Its hard to speculate now. So far only things confirmed via PVs are Scripwrite and Scholar (while CM teased everything). I dont mike making a movies out of that, but then they need some satisfying anime original conclusion.

They should make a second season and a movie..Or just wait for more LN material and do season three instead of a movie.

>Or just wait for more LN material
The story is basically concluded tho.

LN is over. Side stories don't matter for an adaptation like this.

>Why did they make such a big issue of that course then?
Since the whole thing about her acting as Age 0 blank state autist is anime thing. The period is not expanded much in novel. Since KyoAni decided to make it, they coudnt just skip from incapable autist to gracious lady immidiately.

Though they did not see thing i belived they should: someone teaching Violet how to make a curtsey and her iconic introduction speech (which she does as enthusiastically and out of place at time as she does salutes)

There's no more story to tell. It's finished.

Can someone explain the plot of episode 3? I didn't get it

She'll be taught the AMD introduction next episode.

>Violet begins to feel emotions
>She will be ready to write letters as an AMD to understand more emotions
>She'll understand love

>Violet goes to hogwarts
>gets top marks in magic, but fails sociology class
>hears the girls in class sad circumstanced and writes a letter expressing her feelings, delivering to her brother
>teacher praises Violet for being aspiring social servant worker and lets her pass
>Violet gets the badge, which she keeps carrying with her since the needle can be used as conceeled weapon for self defence
>the girl and her brother happily reuinite and jump down in double suicide from bell tower

Man I really wanted this show to be good. But so far this looks like a fucking snorefest.
