If you are going by that panel heads up, I heard that the translation was off and she wasn't nearly that trashy about it.

It's clearer in the Japanese version that she's trolling Tomoko, but intentionally talking in a way that makes it hard to call her out on it. I think the translation intentionally made that line harsher to make it clear that Nemo wasn't playing nice.

Well, I don't know if I'd call it shallow since it took like 100+ chapters to get to this point, but there's no way it's going back to just focusing on Tomoko for any extended length of time at this point.
