Hit isn't nearly as powerful in the Manga in the anime: In the manga, he's somewhere between SS1 and SS3 level, but SSG outclasses him. Then he powers up to maximum strength, to match SSG, but the strain on him is so big he only can do it for a minute, and goku goes SSB and that beats him (it's explained the time skip length is proportional to how much stronger you are then the other person, so time skip dooens't work against goku when he's at SSG/B)
Likewise, Goku black is also weaker: He's only as strong as base goku in base form and SS1 goku when SS1 (which he uses in the manga), and Rose is only as strong as blue.

Goku Black is weaker, but to the extent you've stated. If he truly was as strong as Goku, then Trunks should have beat him as his super saiyan outclassed Goku's Super Saiyan 3. He was clearly a bit stronger

This meme never stops being funny. The character (from conception) has always had Broly's powers, and was always going to derive most of her combat ability from this as well. Likely even before her base form was even designed..
