Replaying Yellow and my party is the following so far: Marowak, Onix, Charizard, Magneton, Primeape, and Seadra. I think I'm good for the Elite 4 it's just that Agatha will be the main problem for me. I considered getting a Muk in place of a Charizard but that's going to be ineffective against her ghosts.

Y'know, I know that Ash jobs a lot in places where he shouldn't but I feel like people are too harsh on him. The games have conditioned us to believe that becoming the pokemon champion is easy but with the approach the anime takes it no shit he's not the very best, he's just a kid and all things considered he's still a really good trainer. If say Ash was training to be a karate master, and every year he managed to make it to nationals even if he never won first place it'd still be impressive, it's a hell of a lot more than I could do.
