It's quite clear that "Mastering Ultra Instinct" is in reference to Goku's UI. But the first part "Transcending The Limit" isn't. Goku doesn't need to go beyond any more limits with UI, he has already surpassed his inner limits, he just needs to master it. Vegeta will get a heavy beatdown but will be saved by either Frieza or Goku at the end of 128. After that, he receives a zenkai that will push him to the next level and he'll transcend the limits of Super Saiyan Blue again. There's a reason why Goku and Vegeta are standing next to each other in these forms as equals in the ending song.

While discussing Fusion Zamasu vs Jiren, I realized that analysing F. Zamasu's power-level is a nightmare:
PL Anime

> Doesn't take damage from SSB KK Goku...but after Goku breaks his arms from said Kamehameha

And the SS Rage Trunks vs Fusion Zamasu was silly, but I didn't include it because:
1 - He used borrowed power...even though the amount he borrowed is debatable (how much would base Goku and Vegeta give? Did Gowasu and Shin offer their power too?)
2 - It wasn't a blast that Trunks used, but a slice. Vegito Blue already showed he can stab through F. Zamasu with his Spirit Sword.
PL Manga:

As confusing as this is, he isn't the worst one. We still have Buu who:
- Original form: Kid Buu
- Absorbs a Fat Kai who was able to easily cut Super Buu into cubes, and somehow got...weaker? (Fat Buu)
- Fat Buu separates from his evil half, and then gets absorbed by his other half.
- Becomes stronger (Super Buu) even though he separated into 2 and then become 1 again. This should not make you stronger but have the same strength as the original pre-separation.
- Remove Fat Buu from Super Buu = Not Evil Buu, but his original Kid-self. And where the hell is the Fat Kai?
And honorary mention, Cell:
- His regeneration was attributed to Piccolo's DNA but last minute change attributed it to his "nucleus" being intact
- Goku blew up his top-half, where his "nucleus" is (with Warp Kamehameha). He shouldn't have regenerated.
- Regenerating without 18 into his Perfect Form
- Obtained IT just because

In those long-running anime, even they prefer to keep the original VAs as long as possible, they have no problem changing them if they either retire or pass away.
