In Devilman Lady, all demons and devilmen get locked in Hell and God simply remakes Earth and erases the history they ever existed, making them a Go Nagai's manga. Akira is super pissed off and spends his days in Hell wanting to punch God and guilty fapping to Satan. Satan meanwhile was first willingly locked in Cocytus with Zenon until they stopped the self-pity party and broke out, going back to earth to enact their plan to kick Michael out again and splits to be reborn as Ran Asuka and Jun Fudou, the titled Devilman Lady.
