As soon as I get my hands in it I'll start working on the translations.

Gekkan Action Magazine comes out once per month with a new chapter (Maid Dragon and Elma OL Nikki are published in the same magazine), and the author releases another chapter per month (on day 7 usually) in his NicoNicoSeiga profile.
I guess we'll have to wait for an entire month unitl we can see the conclusion of this chapter.

There's a different anonymous guy working on both the main series and Elma OL Nikki.
He's waiting for the release of Maid Dragon Vol. 7 so that he can start going on with the translation.
Here's the last Elma OL Nikki chapter translated by him:
He used to work on Kanna no Nichijou as well, but, well, I'm afraid to tell that I stole his place -_-'
Since he had no plans of translating it after finishing Chapter 10 (he was translating Vol.1 and I translated Vol. 2 simultaneously with him), I ended up assuming his work since then.
