The finale will be them getting expelled and beaten by the entire school isn't it? The MC himself seems to be the best final boss for the series. His true allies could be consist of Ryuuen, Hiyori, and maybe Ibuki too
Classroom of the Elite
>allies
>Ryuuen
no
>Ibuki
haha no
>Hiyori
hell yes, I have high hopes for this naive, timid, highly intelligent bookworm. May she assist in warming his heart.
As for Ryuuen, he might actually not betray him if he profits out of or gets a kick out of whatever 50% has planned. I suppose you could call him an ally if that happens.
>The finale will be them getting expelled and beaten by the entire school isn't it
Supposing it turns into a battle of everyone vs Ayanokouji (and naturally Kei at his side), them going down together as Bonnie and Clyde did would be a sight to see. But I'd prefer if 50% sacrificed himself to get Kei out of the whole mess, showing he learned to care for at least one person more than himself. And I'd prefer even more if he thaught all those plebs their place and safe both himself and the girl.
Also
>The MC himself seems to be the best final boss for the series
This is plausible. He would also like the chance to be defeated as that would be his father's loss. But, his father himself also looks like last boss material in the usual sense, i.e. 50% might have to directly face him, instead of by being defeated himself.
I can only think of Karuizawa and Ryuuen as his allies for now. Hiyori is possible but not sure about Ibuki. I thought Ayanokouji cut any sort of contacts with her in volume 7.5. But there should be a reason why Ibuki is getting attentions as of late.
>But there should be a reason why Ibuki is getting attentions as of late.
Her vol 7 SS teases that she will lead class C in the future. Hiyori, Albert and Ishizaki are up for that, they are trying to solicit her thoughts and cooperation for class C in the SS.
Ibuki as a leader..
it's strange that Sato tells Ayanokoji that Horikita is the reason for his rejection
Keifags: but .. because she does not know the relationship between Kei and Ayano
ok .. But Kei also told Ayanokouji that Horikita is his true love and she is suspicious of their relationship and jealous
Keifags: .... (.. silence ..)
Ayanokouji and Horikita are in denial about their relationship
he will realize later her importance in his life and Horikita too
and that their relationship is special and
even Ayanokouji does not know how many times this question is asked in the last Vol
Have you read the latest translation? Hiyori and Kaneda will be leading Class C with Ryuen asking the two to help Kiyotaka's plan but will not directly help them.
>"It doesn't matter if it's Satou, or the one who unrelatedly came up in the conversation before, Horikita, or whether it's Kushida, the answer to all of them is the same. Even though I don't like you, going out with you regardless is something I cannot do".
Of course, even if it's Airi, who is probably thinking that internally as well, I would have given the same answer. It's only a matter of whether or not she decides to directly confront me with her feelings.
Stop trying Horiktafag
But this is before the rejection user so stop.
in this Vol it's Kei and Sato who are suspicious of them
the author suggests that only Ayanokouji does not realize this and because everyone sees this unique relationship between them
that's why the question comes up in all the Vol even the last
i look forward to them realizing this special relationship they have between them after all they are the two main characters in this story in the next other Vol
i trust this author
>Ayanokouji does not realize this
It sounds likes who're making Ayanokouji looks like a generic dense protagonist which he's not.
She was bullying him.as.revenge. O_o
Kei a shit
Looking forward to V5 so all these people can go home.
That's why discussing this series' with the western fanbase is futile.
It's still more fun.
Look forward to more interactions in V5, V6 and V7 to see the truth.
>who're
*you're
Same as her fans. Keishitters are disgusting cancerous bullies.
Wait for more of these when TLanon goes through V5, 6, 7. This is not new.
Yea I read it. First of all, Ryuuen says "most likely be led by Kaneda and Hiyori", it's not a certainty. And Ryuuen won't be the one to decide it in the end. If Hiyori is given power, Ibuki's SS shows that she will want Ibuki's cooperation. I never said Ibuki would be the only leader. Ishizaki too, wants Ibuki to work for class C. And Ishizaki's reputation in the class has grown since he "defeated" Ryuuen.
>This is not new.
And which volume are you referring to?
In all of them he has repeated one phrase, which he mentioned right? He said he repeated it so many times he lost count. Guess when in which volumes he did it?
besides he sees Horikita as his object he wants to destroy Horikita to rebuild her
he has plans for her
he already wants Kei and Hirata to be the future allies for her
he does not realize that he reproduces the same thing that his father did with him
Horikita is his guinea pig for him
this story will end up
Ayanokouji vs Horikita
Ayanokouji will lose and Horikita will win
""the student will go beyond the master at the end""
Honestly, you have a good point there. Horikita is his product and his bane.
why do you
write like
this...
its to not be recognized by others
i want to hide myself
i am user
oh i see
keep on with your work
you are doing it
great
>Ayanokouji vs Horikita
>Ayanokouji will lose and Horikita will win
This is still will not prove his father wrong since Horikita is a talented individual. You need to find someone who is a lowlife without salvation that was his father described that kind of person that would beat or equal to a genius.
Everyone is going to become couples except him and he feels he has lost. The End
That's sound cliches user,
If he wants to be defeated, he needs his father to observe that person who can actually defeat him before disowning him or lost interest in him.
He is going to willingly expel himself if Chabashira-Ikaros foreshadowing is true. Maybe to save someone trashy so his father can see he was expelled due to a lost cause person. in other words, he lost to that person.
Whorikita a shit
Shut up.
Fuck off Whorikitafag
Why
are you
posting like
this?
A falseflagger I see. Utahafag or a Eririfag I presume.
Wow, you're retarded, whorikitafag
user stop, I'm a Keifag and we don't want more shitpost.
Sure you are
Trips confirm.
That scene was Kinugasa breaking the fourth wall by answering like Ayanokouji while Kei and Satou asked the questions that the readers would ask.
Don't use the LN tropes in this work. If you have ever read a VN, you would understand how different they are from the LN some wagecuck wrote to get some quick bucks
>Horikitafags don't start shit for no reasosn at all, they dindu nuffin!
See, this is why you're the laughing stock of these threads and nobody sides with you.
I don't think Ayanokouji will lose to anyone. Sakayanagi has stated that the White Room is a place for "have-nots". This means Ayanokouji is not a genius. So, to prove his father wrong, he'll beat all the geniuses in that school.
except Koenji
Karuizawa, Ichinose and Sakayanagi are the top 3 girls.
honestly, with the writer's ability that the author of this series showed in developing characters, I do not say that it is impossible even if in vol 15 Shinohora gains a great prominence and becomes one of the Ayano great pawns , but this is based on the ability of the author. Today Kei is number one of the girls in this series, that's a simple fact.
This, god fucking damn will the shitposting ever end?
Why do you think they are shitposting? They are afraid
Honestly speaking, I can't see Koenji beating Ayanokouji. He's good, no doubt about it. But Ayanokouji is a cut above him IMO. He'll probably use Koenjis cockiness against him in a battle.
Does ryuuen like the MC now? Is there a reading guide for someone who has only watched the anime?
It's still early to judge on that. We know next to nothing about him. Our predictions are based on Kinugasa teasing his abilities and characters being wary of him.
Change Arisu for Sakura and I'll agree
Reminder Hiyori is a relevant girl.
Exactly. We know nothing about him. He might be a monster surpassing Ayanokouji or he might be a shithole too. What I told was just a personal opinion.
pastebin.com/u/MadBunnyru
anime covered vol 1-3 mostly faithfully
ignore the horikita end tsundere act and read vol 4 and 4.5
you can then wait a month and a half for vol 5 to be translated and 2 and a half months for vol 6, or you can skip to parts of vol 7 and entire vol 7.5 after you're done with 4.5
you can also read vol 1 and parts of vol 2 and 3 if you want, they are more detailed than anime, it's definitely worth a read
My bad. I could've avoided the "Honestly speaking".
Thanks, why did 5 and 6 get skipped for 7?
>Does ryuuen like the MC now?
no. but the battle with ryuuen escalated recently and brought a change in their relationship. hang in these threads and you'll get spoiled on lots of things
no prob. Why do you think Koenji couldn't measure up though?
I could agree with the cockiness being a weakness for him. He gives me Gilgamesh vibes in that he'd feel it beneath him to take someone else as a serious threat. But also like with Gilgamesh, that it is well earned
Because TL user originally started his translations on a certain scene in vol 7 when vol 7 came out. When he was done with it he went back to vol 4 because most anons wanted that, as that's where anime ends. Then he did vol 4.5. When vol 7.5 came out recently he went to translate vol 7.5 and when he's done with that (which is soon), vol 5 is next.
Ayanokouji did nothing to put him above Koenji.
The most complicated thing about Koenji is that he has nothing to lose. He has an empire behind him. Even if he gets expelled, it will not make any difference to him. He can guarantee the future for anyone within the school.
MC gets defeated by the people at the school could be the real ending or something that is part of the MC (or the author) plan. The MC wants the children aka Horikita et al. to grow and beating him could help. At the same time, he needs a way to fight his father. So, after getting all he needs to do it, why not allowing himself to lose against Horikita so that he could leave the school to go after his father? Then the real final battle would begin.
He could also ruin them through the power of networking by blacklisting some people.
However, how big is Koenji's empire? Is it the only one in Japan? IRL, Japan has several major conglomerates. Not having the support of one is bad but shouldn't be not life ending unless Koenji's conglomerate towers way above the rest and has enough influence to decide who the others can hire or not. We need to wait for a new MC monologue. He's very good at putting things in perspective and in making human supposedly "OP" rivals.
>The MC wants the children aka Horikita et al. to grow and beating him could help
No. He just needs the Horikita to hide his presence. He has been trying to make Horikita an appropriate leader because he wants to live a quiet life. When he needs to intervene, he needs someone he can manipulate, and there lies the point of using Horikita as a pawn.
I would not think in Horikita to defeating him, but heroines coming together for it. BTW, someone like Kei or Honami would be better suited to defeat him
Koenji has done nothing to put him above Ayanokouji.
We do not know how big. But he's the man who will control Japan, is not he? It must be a great organization, and it must certainly extend abroad.
A large cluster is able to control the actions of the government, its economy, etc. I would not be surprised if the Koenji group is a major sponsor of the school
If you're talking specifically about a conglomerate completely ruining people's career prospects it can be done like how Ayanokouji's father did to his butler's son. Any company that a person applies to gets strongarmed into submission or buys favor with the conglomerate by obeying. Doesn't have to be a conglomerate for this to work, but it's possible for an entity that powerful.
So the person in question could either fuck off out of Japan or try his luck with the conglomerate's direct rivals. Similar thing is what Kiyotaka did -- he used a person with enough power (Chairman Sakayanagi) to negate his father's influence.
Academically, Koenji is on par with Horikita evident from the fact that he scored almost the same marks as her in the first test. This means Ayanokouji is superior to him since his academic ability is "out of the ordinary" as stated by Sakayanagi. Physically, Koenji might be stronger than Ryuen and Albert but Ayanokouji is said to be stronger than adults by Ibuki. When it comes to thinking ability, Ayanokouji always has a backup plan in case his original plan fails. I can't imagine Koenji doing something like that.
He has his pride and name to lose. Being expelled from the school would mean nothing to him by itself, but being expelled as a result of losing a battle with someone is another thing entirely. He, the God among men lost to another? I wonder if he'd literally break. There's a chance he'd lose his place as the Koenji heir too, if he lost.
There are monologues where Ayanokouji describes Horikita and how he wishes for her to grow as a capable human and leader. That it helps him hiding himself and live a comfy life is not a bonus, but more likely than not, the main objective behind his re-education efforts. In short, one thing doesn't exclude the other.
Academically, Koenji is on par with Horikita evident from the fact that he scored almost the same marks as her in the first test. This means Ayanokouji is better than him in this field since his academic ability is " out of the ordinary" as stated by Sakayanagi. Physically, Koenji might be stronger than Albert and Ryuen. But according to Ibuki, Ayanokouji possess strength surpassing even adults. When it comes to thinking ability, Ayanokouji always has a backup plan I his original plan fails. I can't see Koenji doing something like that.
He just doesn't consider Ayanokouji worthy. Even knowing his identity as X, Koenji was not interested.
True. So far, the one trait of his that has been hyped repeatedly to be in its own tier is his observation skill. There's three feats he had.
1. on the island when he noticed the forest was manmade so it'd be hard for anyone to get lost in it, and he knew which way towards the ship from buttfuck nowhere on the island. IIRC Kiyotaka didn't notice these things
2. In the zodiac test he found the target on the first day, calling it "easy test of 'find the liar'". No one else did that and neither did Kiyotaka notice Karuizawa is the target on his own. Of course, this also depends on who was the target, but it's a fact no one else, including Ayanokouji, did the same feat.
3. Apparently, he knows 50% is X. This is something 50% is working his hardest to keep secret and Koenji had basically zero interactions with him. He'd also be the only person to just figure it out on his own (Sakayanagi knew him from before so she doesn't count).
Koenji never told Ayanokouji is X, did he? He just told he knew the identity of X. He might have been bluffing.
>Physically, Koenji might be stronger than Albert and Ryuen. But according to Ibuki, Ayanokouji possess strength surpassing even adults.
You need to be kidding. No one has physical achievements that go beyond Koenji
Swimming and jungle acrobatics you mean? That's not much either. He's been teased more than actually doing stuff, and so has Ayanokouji.
I agree with the final sentence. Koenji family may be one of the main backers of the school in order to keep Daddy at bay. They could even provide a deal with the devil to the MC in the future.
About the rest, I don't know. It would make the story way too simple if there is only one wealthy faction with a stake at the game. We also don't know the backgrounds of all players nor the do we know the identities of future players (new 1st years). The plot should become a bit more complex in the future. Look, the class leaders were made to be weaker than we thought in and around v6-v7. What makes us believe that Koenji will still be "OP"? Even the MC states that he could go down quite easily under certain conditions. It's best not to assume that there "gods" at the school. On the contrary, with what has been translated from the latest volume, I got the impression that the author wanted to make the characters look vulnerable, probably to set up a storyline where they grow and go up a level before the second year begins. The next exam should be quite interesting.
Ryuuen suspected Ayanokouji being the only one who could be X already in V5. He was the main suspect so if he removed the other, Kouenji, he could confirm it.
>jungle acrobatics
I give up on you
I wasn't shitposting, that's a legit way to put it succintly, that's all there is to it. And I don't get what's so insurmountable about it
Assuming that Koenji family is a school sponsor and as powerful as Koenji states it to be,
1&2 - He could have had information about the exams paid in gold or simply given to him because he's the scion of the Koenji conglomerate.
3 - Koenji, through his family directly or through the school could know about the White Room, Ayanokouji father and his best test subject.
The powerful play the game with different rules that makes them look OP without them necessarily having the skills to be truly OP. If Koenji owns the game that everyone is playing, he can do whatever he wants. This idea fits with the way the acts, btw.
interesting
I hope it's not true, I'm putting hopes in him to make Ayanokouji show all he's capable of
KEI A BEST. Horikita, Ichinose, and Sakayanagi a shit. A SHIT.
Good taste.
This thread is pointless and is a breeding ground for shitposts. Next time, wait for TL user to create a thread.
...
Looking small kushida.
...
What the fuck is this?
Not untrue. Mai waifu Kei is all that matters.
>>"It doesn't matter if it's Satou, or the one who unrelatedly came up in the conversation before, Horikita, or whether it's Kushida, the answer to all of them is the same. Even though I don't like you, going out with you regardless is something I cannot do".
Whilst he is broken, at least he is loyal to one girl
The author is setting up for a Hiyori end. Screencap this. /ourgirl/ will reign supreme.
so, what did I miss?
Please don't falseflag as us Hiyorifags. We're not numerous enough to fight.
or did this thread already became a trainwreck?
the new counter meme.
