If we are talking about the OVA then yes, I actually preffer it to the anime. While the bizzareness was less that in the manga, they manage to condense the events very well and give the characters more to do instead of just wanking jotaro like the manga and anime.

If you don´t think that Kakyoin doing a last minute save in the coffin room, Pornaleff actually contribuiting to the Dio fight, and the face of Dio when Jotaro walks out of the flames is better that in the source material. I don´t know what to say to you.

The SC anime dragged on so fucking long.
I gave up less than half way through and just watched the final fight in the OVA and reread the manga.
I'm really not sure if I could recommend the new Stardust Crusaders anime to someone, although I'd tell anyone new to the medium to check out PB and BT.
