Why would it be anything lie Whisper of the Heart? I said it was a spin off based on a fictional story conceived in Whisper of the Heart dumbass.
It has no ties to Whisper other than the fact it is vaguely base on something from it, it doesn't advance on or affect the plot of Whisper of the Heart at all.
