Railgun is arguably the most immediately entertaining part of Raildex. Index novels just take a while to get into the flow of Kamachi's writing.

How was it settled? She neither made amends nor was met with a punishment in accordance to her crimes, she doesn't even seem particularly remorseful, and is allowed to roam free and live with her victims for some bizarre reason (namely, bad writing). Now, I'm not saying Kamachi is obligated to kill her to redeem herself, but if he doesn't even try, not only is her character unpalatable but also nonsensical.
