Why do negros think brown anime girls are black?

Take Lalah for example. She's quite clearly Indian. Even the show hints to that. If she was black, the nip artists would have given her big lips and extremely dark skin similar to other characters in that show.
Yet, negros are so consistent about arguing that she is black, even though there are plenty of other brown demographics on this planet that she could belong to if she wasn't Indian.

Then there's Okinawans and Gyarus. 9 times out of 10, if you see a brown character in an anime set in Japan, she/he is always Okinawan or tanned.The anime Okinawan is simple but attractive with a deep tan, sometimes full body, sometimes farmer's tan or something with similar lines. Black people always try to appropriate nip culture without understanding anything about the regional stereotypes nips believe. Many negros love to think that Yoruichi from bleach is black even though she isn't drawn like the other negros in that show.

Finally, there are ambiguously brown characters.A lot of brown character are clearly just that way because of aesthetic reasons.Yet, negros automatically assume that dark skinned characters are intended to be black.
