Chapter 1: mangadex.org
86 — Eighty Six —
das depressing shit, i like it.
Is this a harem?
>52 pages
How about fuck off?
Wat?
That's completely normal.
Man, that CG is super bad.
The artist is not even trying to mask it. It's Hiroya Oku tier laziness.
Shame, since the stuff he actually bothered to draw looks good.
I guess not everyone can bother drawing over their models like Yoshikazu or Inio does
Thanks for the new read OP, this looks interesting.
So whats stopping the Republic "Drones" from defecting to the empire?
86, never was a number more apt and I am 86-ing this right about now sadly!
>American attention span
So Geass Akito gone super edgy?
Wrong thread retard
cool scribbles
>SIlver haired female superior
I feel like this is a common and overused archetype, but the only ones that come to mind are Heavy Object and Full Metal Panic. Any more examples?
Agreed. This would be a cool spread if it was even remotely stylized, but its just lazy looking CG.
The mangaka for this is a great artist. Honestly he's pretty popular as well on that front. With that said, is this the first time he drew manga? Because I felt that he didn't expect it to be that daunting and you can see he rushed parts of it.

Teh Ping's glossary for this series.
I'm looking at this first chapter and I'm immediately reminiscent of those awful webcomics that did full 3D with ugly models because the author couldn't draw. It's just setting up scenes in Blender or whatever they use, can you even call it a normal comic anymore? I would hate myself if I were a mangaka doing that.
Wow this is super lazy.
>this is an actual page
I wanted to write this manga is ugly as all hell, but this takes the cake. Nice first chapter published by a professional company.
I thought everyone had edgy callsigns. What gives? These seem pretty generic.
They have no names. They named themselves with callsigns. That's just it. Stop thinking deep.
>They have no names
Try looking at the pic again and tell me they don't have names.
From what magazine is this title?
young gangan
Seems like edited ping's translations
Oh wait, it is. At least he got credited.
lol
Isn't first manga chapter covering only the initial bit of 1st volume?
What is this about
Isn't that bi-weekly?
First chapter and they're already skipping an issue? And those unfinished pages.
Guess they wanted to reel in that money as fast as possible due to its popularity.
From what I read it's war and people that are not considered humans due to a crazy geo-political mess.
Continued war between two countries that leads to somewhat of a stalemate. One uses drones and other due to inability to reproduce them used human piloted vehicles and pretends those are drones.
One nation collapses (or something else happens) and becomes a full-fledged skynet that continues producing drones to attack the neighbour.
I'm not a qualityfag but the art is terrible.
The artist is usually pretty good, but I believe it's his first proper serialization so he can't keep up the speed and the result is what we got. Sadly.
The art is good in my opinion, but he used a lot of cg and light tone. It just looks off.
Think Gundam but with more edge and politics.
It's not doing it for me since it is overly edgy.
I am not saying it is not realistic, since I already well versed on European history and the horrible things depicted in the LN did happened in a more horrible and larger scale.
But this is fiction and this is not to my taste.
