Not the user you're quoting but you're entirely wrong. Dubbed shit is all over netflix with only a growing selection ffs. Even those with pitiful power levels know to suppress them, though, and would normally never admit to watching it.
Normals will mindlessly watch fucking anything. Click on the first episode of Psych and just let it play through its entirety while they check their phone every few seconds. The normal will switch away from anime when they witness something beyond them- too many ecchi scenes, pedo references, etc, but they always come back.

I'm quite fond of Dragon Maid's OST. I don't really even equate it to the show anymore. It just works a good background music that also is nice to actively listen to. Bit of dramatic opera to some lullaby sounding music.
