The last panel is pretty clearly the diagram Nana and Hachi were looking at in episode 5, the ones before it seem to be showing a progression of anomalies in the blood work.

First two points protrude from the sphere, they grow in size and another two appear in the second panel. They grow further and more appoints appear, the "YBC" portion is now marked in red. The last frame showing the episode 5 figure.

If those are the stages of Hiro's bloodwork, it at least suggests the plot thread is far from over and Dr. Franxx is interested in what is going on.
