The Subway has spoken. True endgame right here brothers.
Darling In The FranXX
Many people were suddenly left puzzled, wondering:
>WTF am I watching
do you know which station is that?
>True endgame right here
Where? Ichigo and the old lady?
>
why is this trite being pushed so hard? its just Kiznaiver + EVA but trash
Kokoro x Mitsuru
Is this show supposed to feel like a 2012-2015 YA novel?
>"high potential" teenage characters
>Oppressive adult ruling structure
>Relationship drama
>Two characters of the opposite sex fight over the MC
They shouldn've been a bit more subtle, but I agree that they are the best couple
but the matching colors
No it's gotta be Ichigo and baachan but baachan turns her back on her right here
Maybe she's just tsundere?
>>Two characters of the opposite sex fight over the MC
nani
Oh yeah I forgot the super obvious sexual innuendo.
>implying Mitsuru isn't gay for Hiro
>implying they didn't pair the gay and the lesbo
c'mon son.
All that aniplex shilling power, yet preorders are pretty low, why darlingbros?
This looks awful. Glad I don't live there. Couldn't stand such advertising.
Japs don't want successful love stories or desire to breed
>2012-2015 YA novel
That is an extremely specific range of time.
>That is an extremely specific range of time.
He must be a YA novel connoisseur.
>lets pair up the most unlikable character in the show with the best normal girl in the show
>Collects milk bottle caps
>Drinks milk from a goblet
>paired with the flat lesbo
>Kokoro NTRs fattie with the local milkman
>wants to drink Hiro's milk
How many layers of pottery can we get on?
It's not a LN adaptation you tryhard shitposter
Let's be honest here, the writing isn't any better than your average LN adaptation.
The characters' internal consistency and motivations are on an entirely different level compared to most LN shit, actually. All the characters who have so far received significant development (Hiro, 02, Ichigo) actually appear to have a real personality and act based on it in a plausible and consistent way, within their universe and the limits of the knowledge they have. The writing on the character side is pretty good and they do good work with imagery and symbols which correlate to the characters' thoughts and emotions or foreshadow future development while not directly spoonfeeding. It's nice to see a show actually using the fact that anime is a visual medium to its advantage rather than merely adapting something which works just as well as pure text.
All I know is that the doujins will hopefully turn out amazing.
How can you waste so much time and text defending fucking Darling in the Franxx?
This.
Because Aniplex can simply sell the streaming license to foreigners and domestic Japanese streaming services instead.
It's like those non-Gundam mecha shows by Bandai/Namco having shitty disc sales, but still making tons of money because Bandai/Namco also owns the electronic rights for them.
A few phrases and a few minutes aren't significant amounts of text or time.
I missed the Kardashian threads, anyone saved them?
Did you read that garbage tier of literature to prove that?
