Luffy is the battle shounen MC with the most versatile power

...

you were saying?

So how many of these are just variations of Rasengan or some other type of energy ball or shuriken?

Giorno is more versatile than her.

>Naruto can put various chakra types in his rotating chakra sphere
Wow, such versatility

>luffy can stretch his body in various ways
Wow, such versaility.

Hell even though Naruto has a lot of Rasengan variants he's still more versatile than someone like Ichigo "Getsuga Tenshou" Kurosaki, talk about overusing a move to the point of it being completely stale

>Having access to an encyclopedic knowledge of physics and chemistry, and the ability to mold objects to his will
I think Alchemy was more versatile.

more broken, not more versatile

I would rate Josuke, Jolyn, and Giorno as being the most versatile of the jojo Protags.

And in Giorno's case he was able to do a lot with his ability, but Araki stopped trying after a while. This is the guy who synthesized an antidote to a poison by turning that had been infected into a snake and drinking it's blood to vaccinate himself.

But Part 5 was really more about the other characters and their fights during the middle of it so Giorno got shelved until it was time for Diavolo.

>InstaKek

Giorno had the most fights though.

I don't remember him having more fights than the combined gang but it's been years.

If Enel were the MC he'd be the most versatile
>can heat metal to change it's shape
>can teleport
>can combine his DF with his CoO
>can attack anyone anywhere
>can resuscitate himself
>human defibrillator
>ultimate surveillance

>Everything is just shadow clone and rasengan variants which he uses the same way in every fight

Flexibility.

>Implying having a giant arm or a 100m long arm don't change your fighting style

>implying having access to multiple schools of Ninjutsu and demon chakra doesn't change your fighting style

...

Explain further

I wanted to post him but he's not the MC.

he's an MC in my heart

Isn't like Gon is any better

This.

it's very versatile but the MC doesn't use it in versatile ways. i mean what the fuck does he do with it honestly? create pillars/logs out of material to help him move / to attack people with and maybe a spear now and then? the only time he actually did anything complicated and noteworthy was when he fought greed and fucked up his unbreakable skin. he could make literally fucking anything so long as he has the materials necessary and he doesn't use this in a remarkable way at all.

You're not wrong and I knew someone could call me on that, and to be honest Luffy despite doing a lot more with his devil fruit is restricted to "punch harder" while Ed at least could manipulate the environment to his advantage in more ways than just stone pillars.

He's also the only shonen MC who doesn't have a unique power. Everyone who performed human transmutation can transmute without a circle.
He also made ammonia out of the wet TNTs in the mine. Performed a human transmutation inside Greed's stomach to pass through the gate back to the real world.

That's not el Blanco Scooby

He barely uses it
It's so boring

Presumably because that's the easiest to do in combat.

Secondly just because you can use a power doesn't mean you can control it well. I'm sure no one beats Mustang's precision fire applications otherwise it would be used by everyone.

>He's also the only shonen MC who doesn't have a unique power
>Naruto
>Gon
>Air Gear MC

I dropped the series before he even got his staple nen attack, but yeah I heard it's pretty much just one thing.

I have the same problem with Dragon Ball, especially later on. Goku usually just spams the shit out of Kamehameha, and any other techniques like the Spirit Bomb are only used as last resort attacks under dire circumstances.

He's one of the few people in FMA that can fight that way

>Luffy is the battle shounen MC with the most versatile power
you sure about that?

>battle shounen
Soma's great, but it's like you're not even trying here

>>battle shounen
literally more battles in one episode than in a DragonballZ arc

Naruto has the Nine Tails.

See

you meant to say burno. gio was a side character.

I don't think this counts.

...

only because oda has to keep making up bullshit new powers because one piece has in been in print for like 50 years and he isn't skilled enough as a writer to keep the story interesting or make his characters grow any other way

This is the post of a retard. Look everybody, look and laugh!

I mean he's not wrong as any long running series is going to be subject to character development stagnation. I mean Luffy watched his Brother die because he let his opponent provoke him while they should have been in full retreat and then Ace died.

What do you think Luffy did when Big Mom did the same thing to him? Learned from his brother's mistake and kept running or did the Luffy thing which is answer with his fists? This is not the only thing that's true and most of the other strawhats had some degree of change physically and moves-wise over the timeskip, but are still the same characters.
