I don't entirely disagree. The only good persona anime was trinity soul because it didn't have to rationalize a bunch of videogamey shit like a mute self insert MC and dungeon crawling and so it could play to the strengths of serial storytelling vs game storytelling
With the persona 3/4 anime at least you had the excuse that it looked better than those games, but by all rights P5's visual style is so on point it'll probably end up being WORSE in this aspect, so whats the fuckin point?

It's done by A-1 Pictures so I can't really reasonably expect them to capture any of the style or flair that the game uses to such mastery.
