I love the whole idea with reviving dead creatures using magical drumming as heartbeat.
It's surreal and pretty unique.
Also this episode was one of the best in general.
Sen getting some emotional warmth and love, also her being really cute, and Konju once again being awesome.
Konju is now one of my favorite characters of the season.

Easily my favourite episode so far. There were plenty of charming moments, such as those described by the OP, but since Hakumei is my favourite character, I think her "singing" won out over Sen's gorgeous locks.
