I introduced Berserk to my gf last year and she absolutely loves it. I did a reread with her and she just caught up to the recent chapter. I think it's nearly impossible for anyone to dislike Berserk.

Not much of a choice here, considering how little do we know, but Slan is pretty cool

All the new hawk commanders are great, but I think I like Rakshas the most, he's got connection to the bakiraka clan, so there may be some interesting plot points from this, and out of all the apostles he seems the least human.
Not to mention his weird obsession with masks, and the fact that he actually helped Silat before by showing him the place of Ganishkas transformation. It makes him an interesting character.
