The fact that they're acknowledging that she still exists indicates a possibility of her returning. We know there's a Hikari toy coming out soon, which leads to the very real possibility that a later set of capsule toys could include a Nozomi figure released in conjunction with her returning to the show. They can't make 2 out of 3 contracter figures and not do the third, while people on Amazon reviews of Kokoro have said they want to buy Nozomi. They'd be flushing money down the toilet if they didn't make one.

I'm really not sure how to feel about it yet. I was expecting/hoping for a nice emotional farewell to Rola, and it getting interrupted by Hime was kind of weird. At least it seems like that will still be a big part of the last episode. Hime's Moon wings reveal was a bit underwhelming but I was really looking forward to a Yume/Hime Start Line duet before the end so I'm glad that happened. I don't particularly think Yume beating Hime is bad since the protagonist not surpassing their inspiration is unsatisfying but it doesn't help that Yume wins everything because MC privilege.

That I believe is the biggest issue.
Through all of S1 Yume was carried hard by Rainbow Cancer and kept getting opportunities she wouldn't have if not for Rainbow Cancer and then when there's no Rainbow Cancer to carry her anymore she's somehow goes and wins S4.
And then in S2... Nothing happens, all she does is fure fure and suck Elza's cock every time she does a cartoonishly evil thing and suddenly she's better than Elza and now Hime.
And lets not forget about how Rainbow Cancer kept getting her opportunities in silver platter that other idols would kill for. No effort at all involved ever.
Say what you want about Ichigo being super talented, but we saw her working her ass through 2 seasons, say what you will about Akari being a shitter, but she worked her fucking ass, and what is more, we SAW it happening, we saw the growth. No such thing here, and this applies to more than Yume when you think about it.

Why do people act like Yume didn't work hard and train hard to beat the rainbow cancer which is how she won S4 at the end of S1? Someone complained about Elza never doing any training in the last thread, but even when the show actively portrays the main character as training hard to get better, people still just attribute it to "MC privilege".
S2 I'll agree with though, she barely existed in the second half.
